ok so i have an infested plant soil and tree.....can i try transplanting it but like take all the dirt out so its jsut the roots and spread them out in the new soil and then spray down the leafs?....or will that jsut fuck it up even mroe

First time trying this....currently under one 27w cfl broadspectrum light running 24 hours a day plant is roughly 12 days old here is a picture...let me know what you think ill try to put up better pics....i cant get a good quality shot...anyone have any tips
