This 1 plant is showing lots of red hairs throughout the plant. I can take some pics but what is the % of red hairs showing means it's done?

Looks like a winner to me :) If you have room though get them on the sides where they're not touching, looks like to me you have no more room on the sides. Seems to me they'll be blocking more of the more powerful light then the light they're putting out.

Believe it or not those bulbs will get hot enough to scorch leaves if they grow into them, it'd be something to keep a very close eye on and be sure not to let the bulbs touch them.

Yes, I've heard of people using both throughout the whole process, just changing the hours schedule (18/6 to 12/12). The MH will promote tight nodes during veg, I leave my MH bulb in until I see signs of sex on 12/12 schedule, then once I determine I'll change to the HPS bulb. Hope this helps...

Switch them back to 12/12 and leave it there til the end.

Yes, MH has blue spectrum, and HPS has the orange/red spectrum...you CAN use HPS for both veg and bloom, but it's better if you can switch from MH-veg to HPS-flower.

I'm no expert on hydro, soil man myself but definately sounds like root rot, wait for the more experienced hydro guys to help ya out before you do anything.

H202 paper...not sure on the specifics, but I know you mix small amount per gallon and helps the root rot your plant is suffering from is the roots are dark.
