I like what you're saying about using the 2nd name to designate if it's a head or body high. I'm trying to stay away from the color purple as you can see from the list of names. The color when the bud dries is more of a black/magenta, more red than purple, but VERY dark none the less.
Panchota smells of pine and alcohol and the smell is almost overpowering. I've never come across a purple strain that didn't smell fruity/grapey. Pretty medicated myself man

What are the genetics for that thing again?
Personally I think you should name it based on the kind of high it brings. If it is a soaring high I would give it a space name, Dark Matter, Red Shift, Violet Sky, Dark Star or something like that. If it is a body, couch-lock, kind of high then I'd go with a more terrestrial name like Amethyst or maybe something that describes the flavor in terms someone will get. If it's sweet and berry, call it blackberry syrup.
I liked the names you brought up but think you gotta meet her before you really name her. Took me a while to figure out I wanted to call my stuff Element Zero.

That's the thing Snow, it came out of some "Rootbeer Kush." For the life of me I can't find any info on it. The weed the seed came out of actually smelled and tasted like root beer and was a much lighter purple than this. Panchota is near black and smells of pine/alcohol. I'm sure someone named Rootbeer Kush themselves, and if there's any indication of what the strain may have been it's only the name Kush.
I dig what you guys are saying about giving it a name based on the high as well, maybe I jumped the gun too early trying to name it. At least I have some good ideas now.
The two seeds have done something funny overnight, they're both looking at the coco now, like retarded bells.. don't they know where the sky is? I have them in the clone dome now under the light so hopefully they unfuck themselves before I have to do it for them.
