Things are going great, really exploding in growth. Not much change other than I was able to sex all the plants and from what I can see they are all female.

My only concern is that the tops of the plants might come too close to the HPS light. Right now the closest is about 8-10 inches away from the light, but these plants just keep growing and growing. If worst comes to worst ill just tie them away from the light.

Just been trimming under the canopy and rearranging the fans for optimal air flow.

Was able to count some of the tops, so far was able to count around 30. Just cant wait for a few more weeks to pass, and the colas start developing.

Anyways here are some pics.

Here are some cool pics with a green LED headlamp.
This is mid dark period for the plants. Just had to go in there to make some adjustments, thought I should try taking some pics.

so does the green light not effect the light cycle
No green lights do not effect the light cycle. That being said you dont want to keep a green light on for long periods of time, I think it can do some minimal damage if left on for a long period of time. But nothing compared to a regular light.

So its been forever since I made my last update. Exactly 3 weeks ago. Ive just been busy with the holidays and I actually went away for a week leaving my plants alone for one week. I am sure some of you are like WTF are you serious!! You idiot.... blah blah blah, Really I made my system to be fully automated so that I realy dont have to do anything. As long as I am confident that my system will do its job I was good to go. Well when I cam back which was 2 days ago I was amazed to see how well the plants were doing. They all looked healthy other than the ones that were too close to the light.

Now I haven't been able to mention this because I haven't had a review in ages, but the tops of some of my plants have reached the HPS light. I did not flower soon enough or did not realize how much these plants would grow in the period of time. So about 3 out of the 30 tops have been suffering from being too close to the HPS. Even though I have been trying to string them away from the light, it is a little too late now. So I have decided to just let it be and sacrifice these tops for the benefit of the 27 others.

Other than that the plants are stinky as hell, and I have the stickiest fingers after touching the plants. Just over half way now still super stoked on the grow!!Also below the canopy where I had gotten rid of some of the small branching, their are small flowers appearing there lol. Mini nugs forming, a little bonus I guess.

Alright Ive talked enough here are some pics.

Sorry for the wait but I finally have time for a update. The plants are doing amazing, its just that the plants have kinda taken over the box. I no longer can see beyond the light, I do know there are many buds on the other side, I just cant see or attempt to prune them because I cant even get my arms through without harming the buds. So I am just going to let it be for the next week, They should be just fine. I am going to start the flush very soon, I want to flush for at least 1 week. Hopefully in one week the plants will be ready for harvest.

Enough talk here are some pics.DSCN2230.jpgDSCN2234.jpgDSCN2238.jpgScreen shot 2012-01-25 at 1.23.15 AM.jpgScreen shot 2012-01-25 at 1.25.47 AM.jpg

Thank you, yeah overall I am very pleased with my first attempt at growing, it wasnt as tough as I expected it to be. Other than not knowing how much they stretched after you flip em, that was my biggest mistake. In my next grow I will definitely calculate that in.

The smell is probably the only thing that worries me about growing. I got the stealth and noise controlled wonderfully, but the smell is around 24/7. Finally I just had to get a bucket of ona gel to mask some of the smell. I guess this is a good thing, I do want my plants to be dank, but then again I am trying to grow these plants in a shared house, luckily its in the storage shed.

I have moved on into the final stages of my grow, it is day 67, and the plants have been flushing for 3 days now. They currently have dropped down to a PPM of 350. And starting tomorrow I will try to get the PPM as low as possible for the final days. Without a magnifying glass I cant really tell if parts are amber yet. I'm going to give it maybe another week, then probably give her the chop.

Will post final crop picks and harvest. For now here are some from today.

So decided to chop, pretty tired from trimming for like 6 hours. Made it through a season of The Office, so it wasnt all that bad. I have got to say, overall I am pleased with the grow. Since I could not see towards the back of the grow area, some of the buds back there were premature, but other than that the buds are sticky and stinky.

I had to do the chop in stages. I chopped the 2 plants on the left first, then the other 3 after I ate and took a break. Then after I was done I cleared out the grow box, cleaned and sweeped it out. It is pretty much ready to go for another grow, which will be soon.

Here are some pics of the harvest.
