1st time LST, check it out

It's been on LST for about 2 weeks and have been using metal hooks to hold it down. in the pictures as you can see I just added another hook so the plant is on it's side but in about 3 hours it'll be right up growing towards the light :grin:

i'm just looking for some tips and ideas. Negative comments unwanted, I don't need you to criticize. Anyways, post away

Looking good. Looks like you are following the LST tutorial to bend it around the pot in a circle. That should work well, I'd just be sure to let it grow up eventually, in the tutorial it shows training it into a spiral, which is a little much IMO. I just let mine get like 8" tall, bent over once, and there are heads galore. Check it out.

Damn, that looks nice. Yeah I'm following the circle LST and I liked it since it takes up less space and hopefully I can get a good amount of colas from it. Right now I have about 3 new branches beginning to sprout but I'm barely on the 5th node. And I always let them grow up and THEN tie down the next one.

I have a 18 inch pot i drilled about 12 holes about 2 to 3 inches apart im starting my LST to do a complete 360* around the pot around the world grow as i call it then when im done im gonna let it grow to the middle and thenhave it grow straight up to the lights im expecting about 3 to 4 weeks before its totally done .

On an 18 inch pot its definetley gonna take more than a month. I've been LST'ing for about 2 weeks on a 6 inch pot and i'm barely on the 5th node.I'd say about 1/4 of the pot
