I kid....I also use kingsford as of late. Only thing I don't like is when I shut down, lump shuts down and I can relight the next time......briquets tend to be a one bbq thing....but lump has be very inconsistent lately........finding it (well the same brands) and just the chunk size has been all over. Last bag had pineapples to peas.....pissed me off, so I got a bag of kingsford....good flavor had some london broil and burgers last night.
 
On second thought, bison isn't that great and you have a lot of it. Barter some out. Put an add on Craigslist and ask for interesting meat swaps. If you're lucky, someone will have horse. You haven't lived until you've tried horse burgers!

Elk burgers are my favorite and I would describe myself as a burger lover. If you haven't, you should.
