2.5 lbs premium ground bison 90% lean. What do I make?

I like cooking with wood and more wood

Pecan Hickory and Oak
No gas here might as well be cooking on electric...
I good agree. My smoker is electric, and actually works really good to add smoke flavor and cook nice and slow. But I like to throw them on a super hot grill after they smoke to give a little char. If you can do it all with wood, more power to ya. I'd like to get a Trager pellet grill someday. Those seem pretty sweet and make it super simple.
 
Bison is the protein king of red meats. Good choice on burger. I make burgers, sloppy joes and tacos from bison.

I make kefta often but wouldn't recommend bison. It would be too dry unless you added lamb fat with it.

The coon was really good, had some friends that would start the smoker up at Pawnee bills and camp out.

The hole town was invited, all sorts of people would bring meat.

Heck I'll try any at least once
