I believe thats his chiesels reaction to him flushing. If he keep's cutting off the P, she will turn super yellow, and much much more purple.

Whoever said the amber trichs on leaves will appear first in 100% correct. I can't get an amber trich out of my chiesel (on the actual bud itself) until week 11 or better...specially when I'm running co2. I also agree with who ever says rip the yellow dying leaves off, just taking energy.

you can find them for $100 or less. They are rock soild, and have memory backup in case of power outage. If you want something with a hot start prevent (for your hid lights) go with the MDT-1, it's about $50 more. But the $50 is very worth it considering a hot start can blow your $200+ ballasts.

dam u i was so looking forward to this sat. but wait you think the extra week or two will help since i been flushing now for a week almost? and if i water again sat with nutes and then after that with nutes for another 2 weeks im gonna have to flush again. and will it evern help bc most teh leaves around the buds have come off or look like they been sucked dry with all the purple and shit. if ur sure all this hassle is worth it ill see what she does but im cuttin a fuckin branch off i need smoke.
and i got two more chiesels at like 3 weeks under a 400 waitin for this room to free up so they can go under the 600.
o yea and i just germed and planted a dutch passion white widow seed. cant wait to see what she can do

dude I've done 30 day flushes....I see zero difference. Except the way the plant looks in the end. I cut way back on nutes in the 7th week. Plain 0ppm h2o from 8 weeks on.
 
imho ive had mixed results with flushing. some strains taste fine without any flushing at all as opposed to others just dont dry out smelling like they did on the plant if you dont flush them. it really depends on the plant and personal preference.

God Damn PTown! Those roots are fuckin huge. You might want to think about either a larger pot or a smaller one that is wider than it is tall. Very nice job. I don't know what that white stuff is....did it make your tounge numb? Ha. New girls look good just water down those nutes.

this is like day 6 since cut and i been keeping drying room between 45-55 rh and temp 65-70
seems like these buds really got alot smaller. they were hay smelling over last few days so i had turned the rh up from 45 to 55 and smell has left
got a small fan sitting on the floor on low blowing downward.
are these buds supposed to look like this i mean they really shrunk

just wondering bc the bud i get is just like still dank and light green and not crispy at all and so sticky
is that from a proper cure or what?

Dude....looks great. Buds are like 70% water. They shrink a lot. If they are dry on the outside you need to cut them off the steams and put them into mason jars or a few brown paper bags, or a tote (I hate plastic...it leaves a taste) anything that can close up. Leave them for a few hours in the jar/bag/etc, and then come back and open it, you should have moist buds. Let it sit and let air exchange, shake up the buds so the ones on the bottom get air and don't mold. I air mine out for about an hour and then cap it and start again for about 5+ days. Then smoke up.

LMAO @ "Slut never saw it coming" great pheno of the chiesel for sure shit looks so good im considering buying another pack come harvest time.. and yeah dude its sad watching your buds shrink and lose that amazing smell and rock hard density that they had while they were alive but i would say your buds look awesome, no different than my chiesel when i grew it, yours definitely looks like a yielder but not 6 or 7 oz. maybe 3 or 4. I grow Two 3' foot trees of purple kush under a 600 and yield 3 and a half oz tops, you should truly be happy with anything over 2 a plant if its some dank
