there is no way to predict yield one person with same plant can get more then another
lighting nutes and so many different factors now if they are almost ready to chop could guess but only a guess
im sure u will get at least a oz per plant but what is your setup got pics

Outdoors, you could get a QP from each plant, but grow times are longer. I'd imagine that if you had all your materials in check, you could expect these plants getting taller than 5 feet. I wouldn't bother topping them because you are growing outside and a level canopy is not important. The strains you mentioned would definately grow without a problem in a sunny arid condition, try to start them and finish indoors if you dont get atleast 6 out of 7 sunny days a week. No cold temps at night below 60 or 55F. I know Northern Lights from hydro experience and its a great plant. GL

his setup?? he said that he is going to grow them outdoors. He stated that he has grown only indoors before and i believe that is why he is curious of an estimated yield..
Sorry, but i have not used those strains. vegging that long and growing outdoors, i would guess that you will have really decent yields.
