They're a bunch of fucking idiots. Twenty years of military training and millions of dollars worth of modern weapons and they just drop their guns turn around and run from the taliban. Now the Taliban is fully armed with weapons and vehicles courtesy of the United States.
It didn't have to end this way. Had we not kept that corrupt piece of shit Hamid Karzai in power for so long Afghanistan might have had a chance. He was flying cash out as fast as we could fly it in. Literally hundreds of millions in cash ended up in the hands of Karzai and his family. And everyone in Afghanistan knew it.
We should have destroyed every vehicle and weapon before leaving. Everywhere we go we end up arming the enemy. It's ridiculous.
Next up... Another conflict somewhere. There has to be one. There are companies that need to make weapons to survive. Profits, profits, profits...

Afghanistan is a complex place. Even the Taliban has to make allegiances with the different groups on the ground. But I would send a B52 over and make some of the military hardware there slag. Might piss off a few but is not like it will matter much now.

China is going to recognize the Taliban as the official government and the One Belt One Road Initiative will have fully guaranteed security..... China is going to make everyone in the ME get along in the name of $$$$$.... A different approach that the Western Imperialism style .... I have a feeling helping countries build their nations infrastructure rather faking than Big bad Boogie man will be much more productive.... Asia Minor getting a boost from Asia Major ....

In the larger scheme of things Afghanistan is insignificant. It sucks to be a normal person in Afghanistan just wanting to live a normal life but it sucks for many people all over the world. Life sucks for many Americans right here in the United States. I'm not going to lose any sleep. I feel for the women that will have to wear burqas and the girls that will not be allowed to go to school. But the crime rate will go down as the Taliban practice Sharia law so thieves will get their hands cut off like they did before. They had public executions and amputations in the soccer stadium. It's going to suck if you live there. Fortunately I don't.
I personally think none of those insane crimes against humanity will occur with China investing Billions upon Billons .... it will be a bad look for the Chinese investing and building in a country that's ass backwards.... they will bring more stability than anyone has b4... Money talks
