All Of The Sudden

why is it to small of a pot? the pot is 14" tall and has a 13" diameter? how big do i need it? i know i need more lights. if i had the money to buy 4-5 150w equivalent cfl's i would just buy a hps and metal halide setup off ebay for nearly the same price. i posted a while back about getting my fox farm big bloom and spraying it everyday and this dude said to do it. so i did. my mistake. honestly it looked a lot better before i cut off all the leaves and had a cfl. ive got about 20 seeds right now germinating to start over. the soild mixture i have now is mixed with perlite and thats it. i guess i should have put a lot more in. thanks for the advice
