colorado is full of great places... personally coming from denver i dont like to wait on i-70 to get to copper and winter park and all that.. but loveland is def a great place right before the Eisenhower tunnel that isnt a back breaker to drive to... another good hidden gem is eldora, small compared to alot of places but its pretty much a locals only mt with decent stuff to ride.. hella depends on how far u wanna drive and what terrain your looking forIt's always been my dream to attend a weed-tasting at a growery. Right in time for the snowboarding season as well...anyone recommend some good hills?
I might keep my card after the law goes into effect. There are some good dispensaries, I need refills for my vape pen between now and 2014.Glad it passed.
Still going to renew my red card every year though.
1 oz vs 15 oz, 6 plants vs 12 plants ?
I started growing due to the crappy weed coming from dispensaries...now I'm growing way better ( and cheaper ) then any dispensary.
The state can still have my 35 bucks every year for renewal...glad to pay it.
And of course everyone realizes it is going to be almost a year before anything really happens.
Where did you hear this? Have a link to anything? Thanks.recreational pot shops will not be open until January 2014.

The red card allows you 6 plants, and only 3 mature, unless you are a caregiver. Paying a doctor more money to recommend more plants doesn't change the law.
The new law, which takes effect in 30 days, allows for 6 mature plants and all the pot you get from it. You just can't leave the house with all your pot.

I anticipate there will not be much difference between dispensaries and regular pot shops.
Trousers,
From what I just re-read the 6/3 plant count doesn't change vs. MMJ.
" (b) POSSESSING, GROWING, PROCESSING, OR TRANSPORTING NO MORE THAN SIX MARIJUANA PLANTS, WITH THREE OR FEWER BEING MATURE, FLOWERING PLANTS, AND POSSESSION OF THE MARIJUANA PRODUCED BY THE PLANTS ON THE PREMISES WHERE THE PLANTS WERE GROWN, PROVIDED THAT THE GROWING TAKES PLACE IN AN ENCLOSED, LOCKED SPACE, IS NOT CONDUCTED OPENLY OR PUBLICLY, AND IS NOT MADE AVAILABLE FOR SALE."
