Funny you bring that up.. i thought about it for a bit - I left a good paragraph with my thoughts on the light. It had both pros and cons. All I did was go back and change the star, left the review the same. I have also reviewed the lights I now use, BESTVA Pro 2000w as 5 stars, they are great. The new light they sent me works great for my seedlings, the review is legit, a coupe stars means nothing in the grand scheme of things

G13 - Part of the top nug. Took it down early, the thing wouldn't grow anymore nor 'ripen'. It was a runt from the start. It has a weird burning plastic odor with a little skunk, pine, and hash on top of it. I purchased them from Dr Green Thumb and he uses 1000w HPS to grow them. I have to wonder if they are acclimated to those conditions and maybe that's why it didnt grow so well. Had the short, stocky, Christmas tree shape - I could see how if it were vegged for a while it could put out some weight, but I am not impressed so far, lets hope the other 8 seeds he gave me produce something worthwhile one day. I wont be growing this again anytime soon..

Cat Piss came down today - unreal plant. Unreal yield. No popcorn nugs, giant buds. Branches al lfolded over, along with the stalk. Smell is skunk, sweet, ammonia, but not nearly enough for me to say its like cat piss. My ex thought it smelled like a litter box. Its funky for sure... one of the best plants I've grown, hands down. I don't know that I have a big enough jar to hold it all. I would seriously recommend anyone that trusts Pacific Seed Bank to check this plant out..

It really smells....

and hopefully by next week, the strawberry diesel will come down, which might have inched this one out for yield....

Finally, the biggest, baddest, heaviest plant - Strawberry Diesel. Six or so massive, missle-like tops. It grows like that, as opposed to one giant bud, the other ones reach up and fill in also, no lst or training. Perfect plant for this kind of growing. Took it down a good week early, have stuff to do and need the space. I grew this back in 2006 when Reservoir Seeds made it and put up 100 packs for auction on Seedbay and I won a pack. I was so thrilled - those were the good old days...

This plant was similar, I think more on the Cough side. It really had low odor, berries maybe, until I chopped it. Then the fuel odor came out. I would grow this again for sure.. based on yield alone..

The BESTVA 1000 DC light they sent me for changing the amazon review stars to 5 stars from 3. Awesome for my seedlings.

Blue Mountain Jamaican Lambsbread, Top Dollar, M39, Kryptonite, Jean Guy, The Church, Mass Super Skunk, Arcata Trainwreck, Albert Walker

...this is it. After this next grow I'm going to tear down and quit for a while. Could be a long while... have too much else to do... so who knows..

I want to post again, for anybody that may visit, I am so impressed with Strawberry Diesel, Euphoria, Master OG and Cat Piss I cant begin to say enough.

Cat Piss perhaps the most. It has turned out to be what people said. As it cures there's a dank, ammonia odor to it. Like a cat pissed on old clothing. With every strain I grow I am becoming more certain that PSB is legit. Just wanted to share that...

So with all these strains you must be only growing feminized seed, right? And the seeds that you mention finding have to be from hermies, right?

I don't know what you're getting at, most of the information is in the pages my friend. I grow some fems, some regs, i ditch the males when they show. I have had several hermies. The last harvest the Sour Bubble hermied, but had no seeds. I found 8 euforia seeds, 6 Master OG and 2 Cat Piss, I dont know what pollinated them but I do think that even one small nanner can sprout and a few seeds will show in the direct area.

My previous harvest brought me many seeds from a few strains, but not enough to fill up all the buds...

i purchase fems where i can and grow old school style with soil and some expertise on nutes which I try to keep as minimal as possible. hope that answers your question.

Latest Odor Reports:

Top Dollar has a very pronounced skunk odor

Mas Super Skunk and Kryptonite do also, a little less than TD

M39/Basic 5 has a very strong JB Weld odor that's almost gross

The rest are within normal range of standard marijuanna odor..

I'm going to bet that Top Dollar and M39 end up being the best plants on a smell level when complete.. Both are on my new 'skunkiest strain' list
