Scalia was the smartest justice. He was one of the few honest ones. He would often vote in favor of things that he personally disagreed with on a policy basis because it was constitutional.

Sotomayor would never vote against her personal policy, most justices don't.

None of you guys rejoicing in this great American's death would be fit to wipe the shit off of his ass.

If Obama has any sense of fairness he will appoint someome who could be a swing vote. Someone who is neither left or right. I don't want a court that is a rubber stamp for liberal or conservative ideology.
