The guy say's he's using 1/2 strength nutrient mix.... Now what does that tell all you experts? Now look at the pictures again...... Water issue? pH issue? Nope.... Feed them! kind-a late this time around He'd have to use more of the osmocote though or whatever add wherever the rate is.
