Hey fella how r ya Gigs .. hey guys those Samsung strip's ,do they need to be mounted to/on metal or wot.. they don't produce heat so I could mount it in a big spiral shape to wood to fill the roof of my wardrobe or would 2 or 3 straight rows be a better option...

Depends on how hard you drive them. All lights make heat just some are more efficient than others so produce less. If your running them above nominal current they’ll need heatsinks with most people using aluminium as plate or c channel. C channel has better heat dissipation.

Hey lucky did you use any thermal tape or the like when mounting on the aluminium?

I used thermal heat sink paste. A few of the guys have had issues with the double sided thermal tape giving way so if you do use it make sure you add a screw or 2 as extra.

I sent up some seeds to Joomby awhile back. Included in them was some Aussie blue with a tendency to hermie due to the heavy Thai. It ended up pollinating some plants and the offspring lost the hermi trait by the sounds.
@Joomby may chime in but there is some Blue dream x skunk x Aussie Blue. (I might be a tad off as well as we haven't had in depth convo on it and im a little simple when it comes to chucking and breeding)
And a quote from a PM to save a lot of typing: " I put some of the F1s in from my first cross ,sativa dominantf2,indica dominant f2 and some local mango sativa.my pic out of the crosses is the sativa dominant f2 and you'll find some good indica Geno's in the F1. the local mango sativa smells like ripe Bowen mango or freshly crunched mango leaves and shes a lanky sativa"

I have no idia back in the day it was the best weed lol it was just grown n treated properly I think but every time some one said it’s from south aus u knew it was good there shit seeds but there’s heaps of em soo it’s prob
Y more sentimental but I wanna grow some n hopefully there good idk I’m drunk it would be cool to breed a strain out of what seeds I have cuse I got em of here n the sa weed is like I smoked it back in the day idk I’m drunk I think that would be liller

Personally no but they’re a decent retailer with many of the guys in the led section use them. I personally use arrow and have never had any issues with them, the couple of times my strips came slightly bent (still worked fine) they refunded me my money no issues at all with instructions to “destroy the items instead of shipping them back”
