White led is great but I am seeing some growers are using blue and especially far red led strips as supplement light. I know that plants photosynthesis is different under those spectrum, and that’s as scientific I’m gonna get, time for some full melt!:eyesmoke:

Seriously dudes why be so...... there’s def sub forums on riu known for hostility towards anyone new or anyone with new views. I didn’t think aussies were known to be so unwelcoming. In fact tourists give us an awesome wrap because WE ARE so friendly.

Pretty much the same thing I posted up for you and gigs earlier but with everything you need out of the box. Should also be able to pay a bit extra and get them to assemble it as well.

I see as many guys with far red supplements as I do without. Won’t say they aren’t needed though (haven’t really looked into it)
