It is lucky you're not a serial killer bob (wink, wink, nudge, nudge)
Haha coppers flew low over me while I was wearing the suit. Didn't see me but got 4 bodhi plants about 800 metres away. They were looking nice too. Led lights worked a treat out bush. So I now know I can start using them in July to start vegging in greenhouses.

Hey people new to riu,
Hoping Aussies are still talking about weed on this thread seems to be more arguing then a bloody CWA baking competition lol.
Anyways it’s my first time growing in coco coir and perlite just after some advice how often should I be watering my plants there 2 weeks old under 315w lec I lost a few at week 1 to over watering and assuming I’m doing the right thing. Haven’t grown for a long time and last time wasn’t in coco. I live in Victoria if climate helps cheers ✌

You should be able to tell when to water by the weight of the pots. Pick them up after they’ve been watered so u have an idea of the weight. You can tell by looking too when the top looks dry. And just keep in mind that u should avoid ever letting coco completely dry out.

It’s coco it should be constantly moist. It isn’t soil that needs a wet/dry cycle. Once the rootball is established in coco it should be fed at least once a day minimum.

Coco is pretty much hydro and you can’t rewlly over water, just under oxygenate. Next time only water around the edges into you’ve got an established root ball then start fully saturating the pots 1 or more times a day (more is better) until you get at least 20% runoff each time which you tip down the drain.

If you treat coco like dirt you’ll have all kinds of problems starting with calcium and magnesium lockout

All this is assuming your actually a real account and not someone’s sock.
