Nice my 2 babies decided to sprout it's pissing down rain I got no light, all my grow stuff at another location I wonder if my LED phone flash light will keep my seedlings happy till the sun comes and chuck em on window sill. Anyone use a phone torch as a grow light hahaha

Ordered me a mars hydro ts1000, only $170 what a bargain, more powerful than my sf1000 aswell but uses cheaper diodes and drivers hopefully it don't blow up in one grow

No sun rain for weeks, there only getting about 300 ppfd should be good, lights only 96 watts at 50 cm or so

Thanks for the detailed response. I know we can sometimes make a simple thing too complex, so I should elaborate on my question.
Are any of the strains I mentioned (they are the only seeds I have) more suitable for hot and dry summers, and are any quicker finishing and better with resisting mold?

Yes.
But Autumn is what you should be worried about.

The rot in buds is slowed down, there's different 'mold'. The mold that destroys nugs is botrytis, diff from powdery mildew. Botrytis wants below 75deg(f).
Powdery mildew is caused by Podosphaera. Even in extreme dry hot settings PM will thrive, where the podosphaera is inhibited.
