first set of 18 clones is in coco coir.
took some more clones last night fellas, and gave em a trim, tomorrow is water/feed and upp the dwc.
looks fuckin nice in there right now
everything s going ok for now but my biggest plant looks a bit sad... hopefully the fungus gnats havent taken a toll on him got natnil and somme yellow sticky traps should knock them out in the next 2-3 weeks.

yeah been working long hours, getting a new scrubber its near that time, end of veg light smell, after 2 days of switching fucking stinks if you brush past em..
one PPP is SUPER smelly i took a labelled a few cuts of both y47s (1 in dwc, 1 ppp in dwc 1 dinafem blue widow in dwc and y47 in coco as its a way different pheno alot less stretch and some kings kush, star 47 i am down with (hence flowering the mother) I am going to pick 2 keepers for future grows keeping the kush i think got 2 sweet phenos more grape ape side

The cap, heres the video champion, all you do is, if your bubblebags are 1 gallon, put 2 handfuls off trim in, then put in 8 bullets of dry ice ( get from Supagas, 1 scoop = $9 ), give a gentle shake with the screen facing up first so everything cools down, after about 1.5 mins, face the screen down and start gently shaking, keep moving along your surface so you can see the color change. When you do it, you will shake and be liike wtf ? lol, look closely and you will see it, once you scrape it up into a pile it gathers quickly, thats when youll spin out.

but how strong is that hash compared to 74 micron bubble? thats just 1 grade isnt it? the finer grades wouldnt work aswell or what!? still waitin on my bubble bags

Mate, you can use whatever micron bag you want, the first time i did it, i used 74, then 160, then 220, its strain dependant, if the strain has big fat trichs, they want fall through a 73 micron, however, you only need 1 bag, you dont need to sit there for 15 mins stirring like a muppet with water and ice everywhere in 4 - 5 bags, its super fast, the quality is much better than bubble IMO ( if done correctly, the trichs fall through without any trauma ), plus the best part is you get soooo much more than what you do with bubble or other ways. I believe from seeing/doing/showing others how to do this that 220 micron is the best, if your gentle, you get no kief, as you dont crush the trim into powder, plus you dont damage the trichs, from there, you can press it in your hands, in a press, whatever you want, you can get some awesome presses with customized stamping. lol

dry ice hash is for beginners*...
graded ice water extract is for connoisseurs...
I'm sure Haze will disagree with me, but each to their own. If you are happy with your results with dry ice, then great. I will give it a go when the time comes. But I don't think I would be throwing my trim from say a querkle cross or something of high quality around with some dry ice. The downside that I see with dry ice hash is that it isn't graded and contains impurities. It does however make a smokeable product basically instantaneous with no fucking around.....with ice water extract you get graded isolated mature trichome heads, but have to spend more money on equipment, take longer to extract AND even longer before you can smoke it...
each has it's positives and negatives...personally I prefer the ice water extract (and that is just on paper, i.e. I haven't actually done dry ice before, but will give it a go).

ok, cheers 'ome grown, good answer, i will try both aswell for good measure, but also, here's the thing, ok, now have 1 lb of dry sugar trim, and 1/2 lb of fresh sugar trim, i want to know what would be best for the fresh trim, can u dry ice dry trim? i imagine alot more contaminants would fall through, i'm thinking water and ice for the dry trim, yeah?? i think i will start with water and ice for both, then do a couple of ounces in dry ice, see how that goes

do dry ice for both and ice water extract for both...but, yeah, as you say, fresh trim with dry ice and dry trim with ice water extract are my first thoughts.
Doing both ways with both dry and fresh trim will give you some more experience points and hopefully level up...

oh by the way, my scales tipped in my favour once again with my outdoor harvest, 154 grams total., 5.5 ounces for the 2 small plants, more than i thought once again! very sticky, wow, i have tried a uncured nug, and it wiped the floor from under me, i'm all teared up and ready for a nap....wwwwooowie, not dense atall, very fluffy, airy, i didnt give it time to fill out, but the quality is there, and its just what i wanted......more weed
