Hello Everyone,
Feeling a lot better than I did a week ago. I met with my attorney and gave her a retainer. She sound very enthusiastic about doing my case. I told her I want to fight all the way and she said ok. She has been gone all week and weekend giving a seminar on medical marijuana. I sure feel alot more comfortable going into this case than I did with the other attorney I had and all I did was speeding then. This judge is gonna want to make an example of me but I hope my attorney make and example out of Delta County. Here I am again guilty until proven innocent. They took my license. My attorney is gonna work on that when she gets back. I had a restricted last case which is still in appeal and its been almost three years since I got pulled over speeding. That was a big mess for those of you who don't know and I got railroaded on that one.Hoping to reopen that case with this new attorney but one case at a time!
I will be at the GC3 this Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. I will have Hillbilly Armor by Rare Dankness and Bubba OG by Dr. Greenthumb clones. I will also have a good selection of seeds. I will post a list tomorrow. I will also have some tincture.

Belle had a plea deal today. They are setting aside sentencing until the supreme court rules on Koon case. So she pretty much did a double down on blackjack table.
The judge is entertaining her being able to drive. He wants her to get a letter from her doctor. This blows my fucking mind. The second he agrees to let her drive, both charges
should be thrown out. After her first sentencing he told her to be careful. They are so confused.

Another medical marijuana prisoner , at least they cut some slack as the request for a doctors opinion amazed me as well . Fuckers like to revoke licenses while slapping the two year reinstatement fees onto ones bank account normally .. Been there and done that !
