Her appointment went good she said. Thank You for the g ood karma.
Doc said that he will talk to his attorney and see what he can and cannot say
in the letter for her. He said obviously he cannot become liable for her driving,
but he can say she's been his patient for 5-6 years now, the meds have stayed the
same, the entire time. She been able to function the whole time without any issues
at all. Also he can say that 'as long as she is taking them as prescribed, and not abusing
them....'. Then the courts have blood samples and toxicology reports proving she was
legit on her levels.
All of that info should take enough responsibility off the judge, so that he can allow her
to drive again.
It looks like it's all down to the koon case now. That will determine if Belle has 2 OUIs or Zero.
My fear is the tremendous amount of revenue that Michigan makes off drunk driving laws.
They absolutely love that shit.
