So are you implying that patients should not drive??? Don't get it twisted, i'm not talking about driving under the influence, just driving like everyone else in America who happens to take any other kind of needed medication does. No one said Belle was medicated (AKA high) at the time of the accident, she only had it in her system from a test and as we all know doesn't have anything to do with being impaired.

I don't advocate getting blown out and getting behind the wheel but i'll be damned if i can't treat my ailments and still drive to work everyday like a productive member of society!

You fail to address the real substance of my questions / statement and diminish it to snaky-y little bits, but in the end all medical marijuana patients have an obligation to use their meds responsibly. This means keeping innocent people out of harms way i.e. an intoxicated driver. I understand that you are a young person by your statements, but with your attitude medical marijuana will never be taken seriously.

Hey I survived!!!! Pretty sore never hurt this bad before. I want to thank you all for you thoughts and prayers!!! Please keep them coming I am going to need them it looks like for a legal battle now what I did wrong I don't know I use all my meds responsibly. I feel the fog had a lot to do with it but I should have probly should have slowed down a little more. All I remeber is looking at the speedometer and when I looked up there was a red light out of nowhere and a SUV stopped. I stood on my brakes and just slid due to wet road conditions. Again thank all of you for your support!!

Pretty much admitted here I see! Any good prosecutor would use this in court for sure.

If the real substance of your question was about driving intoxicated, then why did you get anal about the other driver's non existent injuries? Quit whining and go to bed grandpa, no one takes you serious.

Let's say you pull someone over for a traffic stop and find them "intoxicate" cleverpiggy. The driver is "wasted" yet you have no reason to believe alcohol is involved. The LEO here gets a warrant for blood to prove their case of DUI of which they have reason to suspect. That said, if this same officer arrives at a accident scene he must consider a "shock" type medical condition which could negate any probable cause to justify any such search & seizure (blood draw) ...

Cleverpiggy, you would have asked a legitimate question and made a good point, if it wasn't addressed in the opening post. Then when you realized you didn't even read the provided information well, you jumped to a different point. You are clearly an asshole trolling for misery. I am simply amazed that the first night they are rushing her to another hospital for emergency surgery and 24 hrs later she is laying on the couch bitching about trying to get comfortable. I was thinking she was going to be in there for awhile. The beautiful thing is that mentally - she's fired up!

Ed that was recommended was great. He is too far out of the way, but he knows several attorneys and is contacting various trusted Yoopers that he knows of and getting back with me. He asked me several times who recommended him and he really insisted on helping find someone.

She has an appointment Wednesday with a local attorney. I am leaning toward Scott cuz I heard he is a bad-ass in court room.
