Belle was in bad accident.

Appeals was not even discussed. My attorney thinks she can get the first one overturned because there was clearly no impairment in that case. So then I will be facing my first if this part all goes well. This is suppose to be done before my sentencing. I have to report tomorrow to probation department for pre sentencing evaluation or maybe just the appointment for the eval I am not sure. This ain't over yet!!!!
 
Hell hath no fury...go get'em Belle. Sounds like you've found a bulldog of an attorney as well. I wish there was something more I could do to contribute to your fight.

darn it all. well stay strong, even if at takes a bit you'll get past this. this legal system is bs. let ppl know what you need see what we can do.. take care

I'm 3 days late and a dollar short reading this but I want you to know you're in my thoughts and I hope they have the good sense to go light on you...
 
Wish I could help, but I am in debt from borrowing money from lots of people to build my grow room from scratch and not getting even close to the return I was expecting. Best of luck to Belle and I hope an adequate number of people show support to make the difference that's needed.
