You know what would work good for your jack hammer, is a tomato cage inside one of the bc pots. Thats what I did for the Acapulco cause she is a stretchy one too!!
I do have a Y shaped trellis that's made to go in pot and I used it on one of my last JH's. I'm trying to get it so it will be centered at the back of the tent and tied back flat against the wall. I'm also going to lollipop it enough so that I can position smaller plants on either side and they won't be blocking any of the JH. Thanks for the compliment bill. Funny the shishka should come up. The other day I was in a chat room associated with pot TV's broadcast of Weedman. He's one of the other two people that the US wanted to snatch up along with Emery but Emery made a deal so they wouldn't. Anyway, I asked about Cash Crop Ken and his Kish and a guy in the chat responded that it's Shishkaberry F2's. Thing is that I didn't ask because of the shishka in the C4, I asked because I remember you talking to me about it. Anyway, that's that.

I am a little bummed though. I've found some nanners and small, very immature seeds but it's not a biggie with me. She was pretty much done and it's all personal and nothing I can't live with. Down she came last night and is drying now. My Heri/Ext has some nanners too and I've pulled a couple of very mature seeds from the lower sample bud I had.

Stored pollen should last a while. I have had some in a jar for ages now, just sitting behind my computer. It has produced 1 seed on a test bud so I'll be trying more of it soon....
Thanks DST and Doobie, that's good to know.

Nice man, looking epic. I sub'd to your thread, but it didn't sub me. Hmmm... fuk dat shyt. Gonna go resub? Yeah.
LOL, Right on Bobo!

So good morning, good day and Happy Friday everyone. Thanks for popping by and sorry I haven't updated too much lately. I'd really love to get a video done but I'm having some issues with the Samsung software that I have for my phone, getting the files off. It wants to do an update on my phone, an upgrade on my Android version I believe, and it errors out every time I try to do the update so, until then I can't get the files off my phone. I've tried bypassing the software and putting the phone in mass media mode but something happens to the files when that's done and you can't open them. It's all F'd Up. Hopefully I can get this resolved today or tomorrow and get a video put together.

Well, gotta run for a bit but I'll catch up with ya's later.

I just watered my girls for bedtime and took some shots so I'll get them off my camera and sort through them and I'll be back in a jif. In the meantime, how bout some real AC/DC Bon Scott style.

OK, Here we go.

Here's MamaDude for ya Bekind. She's a beast and I've supercropped her all over lately. Today's 46 of 12/12 but for some reason, after the first pistils, she just seemed to stop until recently and she took off again. Not growing though. There was no problem there.

Thanks cof. I'd really like to be able to get them into some natural light sometimes and get shots that way.

I swear I hardly feed them. I need to make up a new coir mix batch and run something side by side with my recycled mix that I'm using now and see how they compare. Whatever it is they're happy for sure. Your right bill they are chunky and rock solid too. When she's shook up she gives off that nice coffee smell but her buds give of a herb smell like dill or parsley. She nannered in a couple of spots and has given me a couple of mature seed so far. Seems like I have that issue going on in my garden but so far only on the HeriX and the C4 CaseyB. Probably stress or environment.

I dont think you are the only one with the nanner issue on the C4 x Caseyband. Seems lately anything with that Headband in it is having the same issue.

Hm? I'll have to throw the specs on and have a closer look around.

That's got me wondering. How much does a nanner pollinate a plant as opposed to regular male pollen that fertilizes pistil/calyx by pistil/calyx. From what I understand, nanners only fertilize nearby and produce only a few seeds. Is this right or am I high? Why I ask is some buds are showing those immature seeds throughout and they're very young, so recent, but more than I though a couple of nanner could do.

i would think pollen is pollen. from male or hermi. just with hermi you wouldnt have as much pollen because theres not as much pollen sacs.. therefor only polinateing the buds nerby..

edit : ecept for hermi pollin haveing hermi tendacies like cof just said

Your extrema is from a plant that hermied from a light leak and it might have hermi tendencies because of that.
I've been running the same extrema strain for 2+ years without any hermi issues except for that one leak....and she is my pick of the litter.

I remember you telling me that now. OK, now maybe your going do disprove another myth, but I thought seed from hermied plants tended to be femmed. Is this true and I got an odd male or is it the same 50/50?

Not sure about that....but there are instances of the hermied trait being passed.
There is a DOG strain that will throw out occasional nanners...and I believe it was from a hermied plant.
Hylanderscave had a cheesebeery haze from a hermied plant that passed the hermi trait, which caused it to be dis-continued.
How do you know?

I know it's genetic and can be passed on, but I also thought it was a survival trait that could be brought on by environment. I'm certain I've had light leaks too and it makes me question whether it's inherent or brought on. I've been looking at a couple of books lately and thinking of grabbing one. It's been a while since I've read from a physical book so now would be a good time to crack that nut. I was thinking Ed or Jorge.

When they stress a true female to hermi for feminized seeds, the following batch will now be susceptible to hermi based on that same stressor.

Ie. Stress a female with light schedule to show sacs, offspring will be susceptible to light leaks.

Over/underwater to cause hermie, offspring susceptible to over/under watering.

Good day everyone. I'm harvesting my Heri X Extrema today, 61 of 12/12. Trimmed wet weight was 130g of rock solid bud. Even the few popcorn buds are decent. She was sure spitting out the odor as I was trimming her.

Next up: Deep Blue X JTR and Calizahr X Caseyband. Mmmm, Mmmm good!
