Cool let me know how it works out. I do not like to answer there is so much at stake.
Keep the temps (70 ish) down and mute the light till they recover. Trying to slow transpiration a bit.

Change out the res asap
What strength are you feeding bigbloom. I wouldnt use h2o2. Do you know the tempature of your res?
100% true, just not jelly
Res temp around the 70's. The big bloom is around 3 to 4 tbs for the entire tub. Not too much.

I am only suggesting clean with the H2O2. Clean and rinse.

yo - i use A.N. carbo load powder... it does put a film-like substance on the surface of the res water...
i hear molasas does the same thing.... i dont think i would panic...
and i wouldnt use h202... especially if you use any of the other A.N. Products tarantula, phiranna, or voodoo juice... it will kill all of those.

Ok.. Drain the tub, clean the tub
clean everything. If you want to dip the roots dilute the 5 % to 2.5 % peroxide.
There is an anaerobic micro-organism that causes root rot.
It hates oxygen. The H2o2 is going to kill the anaerobic bacteria.
When you re-fill use dilute neuts not full strength.
This site needs a voice chat or a vent,

Smell the roots sure sign of rot is a foul smell.

your res temps should be fine as long as they arnt climbing at all. I would change the res. at lower ppm. You dont want slimy roots. House and gardens roots excelurator will do the trick.
Its almost $100 but the best damn thing made for plants EVER! I recommend this stuff to anyone who wants a perfect healthy robust root system.

I don't grow hydro but brown roots and slime are not characteristics of most hydro grows. Flush and wait it out. I'd feed em lightly while they recover. Then i would go back to soil. 
The few extra grams isn't worth all the easy complications of hydro. Good luck netpirate. I'd really hate to see those gorgeous ladies go to waste.

not because of the film... its annoying but it doesnt seem to hurt anything.
i went back to your pics... your roots look fine, and healthy underwater...
if they are brown and turning to mush and smelling bad - then you might want to consider treating with h2o2... but in one of the pics i could see all the root strands underwater... so they dont look rotten, but you'd have to get a pic of them out of the water to know for sure...
i would just go on with the regular res schedule if the plants look happy... i just wipe mine out before i refill it... not sure what the film is, this is my 1st time using the full advanced nutrients line... my girls are lookin happy too.

I use h202 with every rez change. You have bacterial build up in your rez that is causing the beginnings of root rot. H202 is not a last resort it is your first line of defense. I would recommend changing your rez out completely. Sanitize your stones and all surfaces of your rez with a strong h202 solution of 35% @ 10ml/L. When you are done with you rez change add 35% h202 @ 1.7ml/L . That should eliminate your problems, the roots may take a day or two to recover depending on how bad the damage is.
Act fast however to minimize the damage.

when I did hydro i used peroxide without problems, But there was no such thing as organic hydro.

If this were me i would change it and get more air in the DWC. How bout you new growth...more air prevent this?
