Spider Farmer sf4000 PAR of about 380
If you're operating the SF-4000 at 100% you're probably frying the foliage. I did the same thing in a 5x5 grow tent. I was only able to operate the board at 50% power or about 225w. Any higher and it bleached and twisted the foliage just like your plants. Under LED's you need to make sure your temp is 78-82 to ensure proper nutrient uptake. Good luck!

I had to replace my SF-4000 in the 5x5 with 2x 110w boards. It was just a waste running a sweet like like that at 50% power. I wound up putting the SF in my flower room where she can rain down the lumens on large flowering plants, but only for 12 hours per day versus 18 in veg. I also keep my boards mounted at maximum height. These aren't florescent20210307_161035_HDR.jpg, and there is no reason to have them 6" over your plants. It will only serve to fry your foliage.

Operating at about 60% approximately 24” from top of canopy

does anyone know what’s happening to my indoor GG#4 plants ? They have correct PH as well as PAR on lights is good, I have absolutely no idea if it’s something I’m doing or what. Plzzzzz help. I’m attaching photos
It's a really a gg#4 that's where the twisted leaves are from the droop however can be a few things. Honestly they look thirsty.
