Well at the original location here in my back yard,I was working with a 10x20 GH and 39 plants,than the rules commision here in Calaveras county ruled out my R1 zone for outdoor grows.
So my weedmaps partner John let me move my crew over to his plot.I been helping him set up the yard with those 10x10 hoops(no permit needed if 100sqf.We left an 8" gap between the hoops,so he can pull a blackout tarp over 2 at the same time.
He was one of 451 commercial permit applications before june 30th 2016.Cost this first year was 5000.00
Next season the fee goes up!
The max space allowed is 20,000 sq feet...In 2017 the county will levy a whopping 2 dollars a foot fee along with the 5000.00 fee.
