Sounds like your time tables are a little out of whack...2 months plus of veg is gonna make some monsters...Keep those cfl's as close as they can go to keep them squatty...Your gonna have the good kind of problems...like too much weed.....lol

I agree, my original plan was to clone the cheese out. Should give me enough time to veg a couple monster clones and keep the mother happy. My new plan was to scrog the cheese, since i have plenty of time to fill a screen... i still might have plenty of time to fill it with say, two clones about 12inches, pot to scrog 8 inches.
Still need to decide what to do... any suggestions?

1l pots.

I agree, it was bagseed tho.. Something to harvest while my cheese gets ready.... or the clones of the cheese, never took clones so i am going to use this as a learning exp. I never expected those little 8 inch plants to get 3 foot tall in a couple weeks... as many people say... good light, good feeding and soil/medium, good genetics. Live and learn. The only true way to learn. :]

yea, this grow is easymode compared to my last few... just water when they need it, forget they are in there. Hope to get a few zips from the sativas.. gonna be great smoke compared to the yard waste people pass off as good around here.

Wonder if it would be ok to use for a scrog... any suggestions?

Just realized i cant scrog the cheese. Still have around a month and a few weeks on the plants in the flowering room. The cheese is already at 35 days veg. That would leave it at around 80 days veg! Not sure what to do now.

..... i could keep it as a mother, and use say two clones from her. Would ~37 days veg be enough ?

You can always build your own. I learned this from Shaggy on the old HG420 board. Make a frame with pvc pipe. When I built mine, I used these for the corners and a place for the legs.



What you want in the end is a square frame that you can stick pvc legs on that are whatever height you need. He then drilled holes through the frame about 1.5 or 2 inches apart. He'd build his net by threading surveyor twine through the holes. When it came time to harvest, cut the twine.

pvc wouldnt work for my situation, i plan on veggin till that screen is full, then when i switch over, ill add a few inches of screen on the sides. so i would need a screen that i can detach and then reattach to a bigger screen. Any ideas on how ican still do that with pvc, its soo much easier to work with.

Got some buds going now. I realize that with my current setup that since these sativas are going to go so long, my plants are going to out grow the veg chamber.

Solution, 3x3 grow tent beside my veg cab w a 600w hps in it.

Did all the math and it will end up costing me right at 500 dollars to complete the setup from intake fan, light, hangers, to pots.

Now, my problem is knowing when the sativas are done, and how much they might produce. I dont really know since i put them in there at under 10inches, and now they are 3 foot. I would love to get a zip off of each, but i know thats pushing it. I have to figure out how i can get up the money tho.

Trying to sell a extra lcd tv and ps3 to do it. If i got the extra tent, i would scrog the cheese out it in it, and the 4 other bagseed i have will go in the flowering room after the sativas in there get done. hoping for 2 females! But until i get up the cash, i guess ill just lst as much as i can. Peace riu

Your op looks sick, lovin it. Those sativa bagseeds look great. Mine are taken for ever to fill in. i planted mine on 6.20. how long ago did you plant your bagseeds?

51 days now... give or take a day for germination. Gained a inch on each overnight. seems like the higher i raise my light the closer they get to it.

Getting my money tomorrow... cant wait.. my only concern is how much is the 600w plus the 400w, plus all the cfls.. is going to spike my electric bill. My electric is included in rent, because its shared with another apt. Thats good and bad.. good thing is.. they cant pinpoint my usage, worst that could happen is that the landlord would ask for more rent. But ive been here for almost 4years and rent has been late twice. I think no matter what my neighbors and landlord want me to stay where i am. Cant wait to scrog out the cheese under the 600 watter. Looking for 10 of em off her. Reasonable?
