Should I be worried that the cotyledon leaves are curled down the seed only come out 2 days ago???

Post a pic to help us visualize a bit more clearly but no you don't need to worry (probably), they start as a folded pair that looks like a single knob that quickly parts in 2 thin light green (usually) leaves that will typically curl downward for the first couple of days until it starts to really develop that root and the first true node appears inbetween them

perfectly normal, they'll straighten out over the next 10 days. Then apical dominance will really make headway on node development and you're good to go.

That's good stuff. Is that a soil pH meter? Or for temps?

I'm using bio bizz light mix I've drilled extra air holes in the bottom of my pot and some in the sides of my pot I've only been misting the top of the soil??

It's a soil ph meter it's showing around 6.5 no nutes at the moment as have been told the soil has enough in there for a few weeks

If you were over watering the seedling would not be growing, you would notice, and it would probably flop over.
it should never be bone dry, slightly damp is a good point to rewater. Unless the tent is hot it probably doesn't need water more than once every 48-72 hours.
That's a good pH to get started. That mix is light from the factory, but by 3rd week I would recommend a good A+B veg at least, maybe heavy16 or emerald harvest?

Good news is stop watering is an easy solution. Let that top dry to about your first knuckle. Then it’s ready. Stop misting the top or the bottom won’t dry. Mist is only for when the soil is dry and you want to water your seedling.

If it is a over watering problem how can I sort it out I soaked the soil 3 days before planting so thought it would of drained off

That's what the soil looks like underneath I think it is a bit wet is there anything I can do to sort it or is it fucked

I've just done that thanks mate it does seem pretty wet I've just took a handful from the middle of the pot and it's wet will this fuck my grow up
