Best of luck to this guy, but this is exactly how CPS operates. They are all powerful and they know it. CPS gets anything they want from a Judge without hesitation. With that absolute power they become absolute assholes. If this guy had said "White" she would have told him "No, Black! And I'm telling the Judge to include that in the order." The pinnacle is where she tells him chicken nuggets at home are healthier than chicken nuggets at McDonald's. (Hint: They're both chicken nuggets.)

Dads get the fuck in family law. The system has done a 180 since the 70's when men got away with murder. Now men are paying for the sins of their fathers. The family law courts are excessively hostile and vindictive to fathers; giving all of the rights and benefit of doubt to the moms. There are many horrible mothers out there that use the system to abuse good fathers just to torture them and the courts are too happy to enable them.

I am shocked that there are not more men killing the mother of their children. Having seen the abuse first hand, if I were ever on that jury, I could go turn in my verdict with the opening statments and go to sleep. Not guilty.

I too would like to see the unedited version and I would like to have access to the notes. Without the history of the people involved all we can do is draw outraged conclusions based upon a hostile cps worker and a guy that edited a secret recording to produce said outrage.

Here in the UK there is a serious strain on hospital resources, and it's because of people going when they shouldn't. Here the guy is trying to work out basical medical information on his daughter and why her hearts fucked up, and this woman would have him take her to hospital and have their time wasted because of bureaucracy, amazing

I'm sure it was edited to keep it as short as possible to keep the viewer interested. He didn't make her act like that. Sometimes that hidden camera is the only way to ever be heard. Nobody believes the father, even in the face of overwhelming evidence. It's a badly broken system too overburdened by budget cuts and case volume to ever really get to the truth, so they just rely on mom to provide the care and information. Unless you have lived it, or know someone who has, it is almost impossible to believe the amount of abuse good fathers get because some bitch is mad at him for leaving her. There are many women who use children as pawns to hurt their ex. They should be thrown in jail for child abuse themselves. Children are not weapons, and anyone who thinks so should be choked until they shit themselves in fear. Just sayin.

I read his whole article that he posted in the youtube link... absolutely fucked up. the guy is a very intelligent and calm man, and to remain calm while being treated the way he did is impressive... for what its worth, that video was made early 2011 I believe. just this july 2013 he finally got CPS to drop the whole case altogether, after they realized they had 0 fighting chance.. and they were happy with the time that they had delayed with him. his wife (the one that lied and exaggerated everything) was diagnosed with some psycho tendencies shit. its not 100% over with yet though. pretty fucked up. people like that, justin bieber, and failspamy should be shot.

There are states that have taken action like Illinois that have father right laws on the books. I only know this because I listen to chicago sports radio and hear the advertisments for lawyers stating how it's a crime in that state to keep the father from the kids and they reference the state law.

I believe it's a crime in every state. The problem is enforcement of it. Most DAs will say it is a family law issue. My brother has five charges of child concealment against his ex. The police filed them because they saw enough cause. The DA refused to prosecute. The mother just moved to another state and he has to start his case over. 7 years and three states later.... tens of thousands of wasted dollars, hasn't seen his kids, pays ridiculous child support. He's clean as a whistle, she's been arrested for a number of crimes, including violent crimes. She's a raging drunk. The courts don't have time to care.




lawyers make a killing in family law. A killing. They want at least $5 thousand up front for a retainer, then never really do any research into your case, just show up and do the bare minimum to get your money because they know the deck is stacked. They will tell you all kinds of shit to get your money, and they wouldn't be advertising if so many women were not doing it! So many women wouldn't be doing it if they weren't getting away with it. It's a giant sham. My brother has given lawyers over $40k and nothing, I say NOTHING has ever been done, or looked at. She gets a free lawyer from child support services who acts like all men are worthless deadbeats. Of course there are rare exceptions, but for the most part it's all a dog and pony show. Meanwhile children go without a relationship with their fathers who WANT to be in their lives. Disgusting.

Cases like this happen all over the country. Men who are not even the father of children, forced to pay child support because the court says "it's in the best interest of the child".

In CA there was a man served papers for child support who had never even met the woman accusing him. He did not go because he did not know her. The judge ruled in his absence, and when he found out about it a couple of years later, getting pulled over and finding out his driver's license had been revoked for failure to pay thousands in child support, he tried to fight it, but the courts ruled that he had to pay because the child had already become acustomed to getting the money (even though the child had never seen any). You can't make this shit up. Men are getting the fuck in family law courts. It's like a GD kangaroo court, but, again, unless you have had to deal with it, it is difficult to believe.

Completely believable my friend. I always have maintained that the women (or man) should have to show proof that the equal amount of money being paid to child support are being used towards the household and/or children. Not the boyfriends new xbox or the girlfriends car payment. I was one of the lucky ones that parents got along better after the seperation. Now that's not to say my momma didn't threaten to knock a bitch out for denying her son something he needed as a kid.

Well... I'm kind of on the fence on this one. I mean, that bitch in the purple is clearly unfairly biased against this guy and is acting extremely unprofessional. That being said, there is clearly a reason for the restraining order against him and the fact that he only really sees his daughter on Sundays. CPS isn't this involved in a typical divorce case unless neglect or abuse are suspected. I think there's a lot more to this story that I'm sure we'll find out soon enough.


Regardless, Grimace over there oughtta be fired.
