TERROR MONSTERS!!!! Love them, you definately need to get a clone inside that tank and take some sick pics with the Terrors....would be a nice Avatar pic.LOL

Haha, I totally will try to set that up, lol. I infact had that as an idea a long time ago, to get a hydroponic cup with some hydroton clay medium in there, wedge it in the opening in my tank and just let the roots dangle into the fish tank. No plan to harvest that way but would still be fun and simple. Thanks for complimenting my setup tho, I can't wait to get some sort of perpetual cycle down. Any tips on how I should hang that little green can fan?

From the way your pics look I am assuming your air cooling your light, where is it going?

I made a diagram of how I would try to set up your tent for ventilation. My tent is set up that same way. I am using 6" 440 CFM and its more than enough so if i get a bigger tent I ave a 6". I am sure it will work with this set-up. I dont know about the room your tent is, do you have any windows? If you have 2 windows its even better cause you can exhaust your tents air out one window and pull fresh air from another window.

Or if anyone else has an idea help my man out....You could leave as is and just take your fan and hook it up to the filter pulling the air out of your tent.

I hope I am making a little bit of sense, I am stoned on some nice Cotton Candy Kush....Yummy!!!

Do you feed you TERRORZ Silver Sliders??? Have you ever had Arrowanas? I love those too! Beautiful Fish!!!!

Damn, Nice drawing, thanks!! So I had someone recommend to me that I should have a separate fan and duct system only to cool the light and another to exhaust the room. I was gonna toootally do what you planned...and kinda wished I did. I mean I suppose I could change it up, but the wheels are already rollin a different way now. I have a fan for my light that goes strait through the tent, and then a bigger fan pulling through the tent and out, and the intake is passive. just an open hole that I didn't close to allow air to be pulled in.....I may still switch to your way tho. My temp when the tent is zipped up is about 79 which i think is a little high, therefore I my try to run the more powerful fan through my light too to see if that drops my temp at all. I gotta take more pics, but its 2 am so I will try to make it happen tomorrow. I'll def keep you posted tho, I finally have the last of my parts so I just gotta throw it together.

What are silver sliders? I just feed them regular cichlid pellets, lol. Ya dude, and arrowana's are amazing!!! too big for my tank tho sadly otherwise i'd be all over that!! Ok, I gotta crash but I will get my upload on asap!

Go with what works best for you bro, at least if it doesnt work out for you then you can try the diagram I gave you.....Take note I did that while I was blasting away at my bong.

Silver Sliders are frozen little fish that are very good for Aggressive fish. When I had my Silver Arrowana they would eat them like nothing, I fed my arrowana a baby feeder mice once
it was unbelievable. I had a Silver Arrowana alone in a 150 Gallon Tank. It was a monster....Got divorced and x-wife kept the tank and sold my fish, his name was "Mr. Bob". I will get another fish tank and maybe do a Frontosa set-up. Those are awesome fish too...

Are you going to start a journal for your tent? Let me know I will sub it. I am having problems with my plant right now....I am such a newbee. LOL. Peace

I dunno if the pics will post, Im having computer issues, but here we go, my completed set up! Unfortunately, I had some issues two days later, which I will try to post right now too in another reply

Ok, notice how far away my light is (in my last pic post)? That is a 600w MH conversion bulb, which is atleast 18in from the top of my plants, yet just 2 days after i put the plants in, I got what I think looks like a light burn!? The only thing I did to the plants was transplant them into a soil named "roots organic", and give em a spray with this 3 in 1 "organic" soap (pic posted). I gave them no nutrients because I knew the fresh soil would feed for a few days, and when I sprayed the 3 in 1 soap, i did that in the shower and left them there to dry for an hour specifically to avoid a foliar burn due to light magnification through the droplets on the leaves. My temp basically is topping out at 80 degrees F, which is on the high end of "ok" so I'm told. Plus while I'm in veg, the tent stays open, AND the light is air cooled so I'm almost positive the heat shouldn't be an issue. But notice the burns seem to be in the new growth which could be more fragile. Whats curious is that some of the inner/lower leaves are affected too, and if the light has great penetration then I suppose that could affect those leaves too... I dunno, very confused, one thing is for sure tho, I'm not risking using anymore of THAT brand of 3 in 1 soap. Also, at 1st, my plants had nice moist rubbery leaves, now they all seem a little dryer, So I have been removing them from the light and misting 2x a day...hasn't seems to do anything tho... Does anyone have any insight? please help!!! lol. thanks peeps!

Fucking sweet bro, VERY NICE MAN!!! Good work, I am sooooo jealous of the room you have in there. Those plants are very healthy looking, keep up the great work. Make a journal on a new thread so I can follow your grow. Its going to be sweet.

Like I promised, here is my fish tank that my son set up for me with a $20 budget. My son got a good report card and I told him I would give him $20 to spend at WalMart so what does he spend the money on.....This set-up 1 1/2 gallon tank and his Killer Goldie-Koi. Yes my son call the fish KGK....LOL AWESOME and he does good work for a 10 year old. He also made me a Bionicle Tent Guard too.

ha, dude that is awesome with the action figure, and KGK, like father like son I suppose, lol. So I will definitely get a grow journal going soon. I need to take new pics....the plants dont look quite as good as they did when i 1st took those pics last week, lol. Im layin in bed right now and dont' feel like finding the schematics and numbers for my whole thing right now, but I wanna start the journal with ALL the info possible so when I have time, probably on wed, I will map the whole thing out and create a journal for my 1st HID grow. ALL are welcome to sub, comment, and critique. I'll post it on here, especially because this is really the only thread I've ever been active on. And BKB, that would be awesome if you wrangled up one of your friends who already has a seasoned green thumb for my own journal .

For sure just keep me posted.....weather change has a lot of people hitting the beds....Its like 55F outside and that is cold for cali. I had to put my heat on to keep the tent warm. LOL

Well when you have time man for sure do that journal the more info the better people will be able to help you out if you habe any problems. I got some real good peeps that I will let know to sub ur journal. Later nro hope u feel better!!! Thanksgiving is coming soon.
