Anytime brotha. Mid December through May is the best time of the year. Can't miss on sailfish, marlin, and dorado. Slows down at the end of May but the Yellowfin start running in June/July. Get your ass on a plane!
 
Legal issuses for this state I can't. Not allowed to leave. Standing up for what we believe is right is holding me back. Can't leave the country till next year. Thinking about taking the 180 days no porole or felony. If I loose in court in looking at 4 years. Do I stand and fight or serender? Ol lady is behind me to fight.
 
180 days locked up up? i would do my time vs. 5 years. unless i had a real chance to fight and only a lawyer could tell you that.
 
180 i can do but have nothing after. 5 years I get a few K. If I run I don't see my kids. On paper I'm worth 3 mill. But nothing after this. I'm going to take care of my guys. All get severance pay. I'm left with nothing. But peace of mind. Dont give joints out at 420 fest. I started with nothing so depends on how long it takes to get back up. Lost it all now.

If the lessor did not rent you the place with the understanding of what you apparently intend to use it for - posting a pic? If he does know, what state do you live in and does he/she have any more buildings? 8)

as far as I know there is 3 places that will do that. California Colorado and Canada. Ether witch I wouldn't say where it was.

Come visit here and we'll go salmon and halibut fishing. Watch the sea otters and orcas, gray and blue whales. See the glaciers calve. Take some homegrown down the Kenai. July and August are best for that.

place looks like you could eat off the floor. my recommendation on a space that big (if you are in a moderate to warm climate) is ditch a/c units and all those fans and go with a chiller and water cooled equipment. 40% more efficient and it's plug and play so no hvac guy needed. when i switched it almost cut my electricity bill in half. so much more efficient. also allows you to control the exhaust heat on almost any piece of equipment you have. that way the room is completely sealed. mount the chiller on the roof. looks just like a commercial ac unit anyway.

built this room 2 years ago. will never go back to ac units. we upgraded it to 10 lights in flower a few months back. running under current systems as well now. got rid of the flood trays after i got a demo UC system to try out. swapped out everything for UC after a single harvest. amazing systems.

That place reminds me of my garage. I should do the same to my garage! i could have the office on the second floor.
 
Scooby, I just wanna make sure Im understanding all of this correctly.

Im looking at your design of that op. In the design, there are 4 different CO2 tanks stationed throughout the facility. Two in flower, one in clone/veg, and one in mother room. It looks like all of the CO2 tanks are ran to a 12 hp chiller, thus enriching the water of the chiller with CO2. (I didnt even know 12hp chillers existed. A 3hp is rated for 36,000 BTU. For 11,000w of just lighting, is that gonna be enough?) The Chiller then forwards the chilled water to the two 5 ton air handlers, one each in the mother and flower rooms. Since the water is CO2 enriched, it is dissapated throughout the entire growing area.

Is that correct?

Also, I cant see the text in the red box in the Workspace area, or the gray and blue box on the left in the Clone/Veg area. One looks like fan, I cant tell the other.

This plan looks like an amazing basement grow Id like to utilize in the future, and Id like to save this for reference but Id just like a better understanding of it.

i used that place for my business for 3 years up to last year and moved to larger premises.

do you see the red foam fire extinguisher on the right with the cream label... i ordered my employee to order 4 and have them placed around the walls.

we got busted in there big time but only the crop and grow op was seized, we have set up in another building 8 miles away.

we made a hole in the brickwork on the wall on the left which has been patched.

one of my men took a psycho because his wife left him and kicked the smaller walk through door in, and i had to replace it, it used to be white, the same as in the other workshops.
and the concrete floor has been re-painted as it had lots of ph up and down spilled on it and was burned.
but i know that building. and that is it.

i had the place rewired at a cost, and it can handle 38,500 watts no problem at 110v and 350 amps.

it can handle 85,000 watts converted to 240v.

that was the safety measure.

these specifics can be easily doubled at a small cost.
