what what said:
on your grow closet on the bottom I see you have a vent to let fresh air it. I can see it in the photo and light is coming out of it. That also means that light is going in there when the girls are trying to sleep. Put a light blocker on there and let those girls get their beuty sleep

Ya man have that prob sorted nothing much to worry about its dark in the room anyway when the lights go off and the grow box is built within the closet so i close the closet doors aswell so she's in complete darkness for her 12 hours sleep...Thanks for checking out the thread aswell dude...

Ok so I made a decision to day when I came home...She seems to have recovered very well from yesterdays ordeal and fairly quickly which is superb...So after a long debate with myself I decided to prune all the leaves that I felt have no chance of recovery and also to take the opportunity as the canopy has now opened up for all the lower bud sites to do abit of LST while I have the chance....I must say airpots are just perfect for doing this as all the holes are already provided. So I started and by the time I had gone around all of the plant the ones I had first tied where already pointing up towards the light so happy days here's some photo's.In a few days i'll get her out from under the hps and take some proper pics...Till then everyone :bigjoint:

Well here's some pics of the girl outside of the grow box...Must say she has reacted very well to the LST and looks nice and healthy as if nothing at all has happened....So here's the photo's any comments are always welcome thanks for reading... :peace:

On day 17 of flowering and she is rocketing been measuring her height every day and she averaging about 1 - 1.5 inches. Counted 18 bud sites not including the main kola...With the LST all the bud sites are getting full use of the 400w hps and best of all the white hairs are popping up all over the place love this stage of the growth cycle....A small bit of a smell from the grow box when i opened it this morning...Well here's some pics for ye to enjoy can't wait to be putting up some bud porn lol...Thanks for checking out the thread.. :peace:

Day 19 and the buds sites are really starting to make themselves get noticed...Plenty of hairs shooting out all over the place...She's now just over 19 inches she has growen 10 inches in the last 7 days that is some serious rapid growth...Here's some pics for ye to enjoy once again apologies for the side ways photo's still messing around tryin to figure out why windows won't let me rotate them...Thanks fro reading through the thread... :peace:

Wow man sounds good I have a carbon filter all ready to go..what medium and lights are you using..I have never grown or smoked this strain before so really don't know what to expect but pretty fucking excited so far dude

IM USING A 1K ON A 6 FT RAIL... i have a 36" carbon filter 6" vortex for exaust i use dirt in my garage it have a ghetto ass dirt/gravel floor this strain is better than the larry i have going right now MUCH more fragrance same day flowering BE VERY EXCITED

i have 24 plants total cuz one died from the thousand... (runt ass) and the filter is a MUST it has soo much fragrance. i think its like if u opened a box of captain crunch(with berries) it smells identical once dried. just super sweet fruity dank and it will smell months later (found a NUGLET under the couch)

for dirt i use
1 large bag black gold
1 large bag Masternursery PAYDIRT
nutes:
General Organics Veganic line 8 pt
but im gonna do a comparison next run between it and liquinox(blue bottles) from OSH cause i could
gmas unsulphured molasses by the gallon from smart n final

1k fuck me man I would love to be rockin one of those..tomorrow is day 28 of flower as she is fairly well developed the smell is getting a bit strong the trichs are starting to develope on the bud sites the LST has really work getting nice size buds on lower nodes wer there would normally be no light hitting it..I really dont know what to be expecting in terms bud size if there going to be huge I goin to get some bamboo shoots to tie her up...what kind of yeild would you expect to get off a recon... That's a pretty nice mix I tend to just buy the all mix in the local grow shop with some perlite

mine arent seemin to get huge... but i want em short not over 25 inches tall this time.. im day 40 or -41 right now stinkin.. ur definitely gonna need that filter

Well mine is day 30 today she about 22inches tall but I have loads of room for her to do her thing...are the days are going on Im starting to notice the smell getting stronger..the crystals are really starting to form on the buds fucking love it

God dam this strain stinks if ur planning to grow this ans smell is an issue looks else where woke up this morning went to the shop when I came back the lights had been on for about 30mins and my house stank...put the carb on bit earlier than expected...internet going to be sorted in few days so will update with some pictures soon till then :peace:

Ok so like i said internet is sorted well kind of wireless is still fucked but can hardwire so here are some pictures...Now if you revert to the start of the thread you will see that i start with a recon and a chocolope seeds kind of got mixed up when i was puttting them down in the medium..I taught the one that survived was the recon but I am begining to question that look at a few pics of the chocolope and the leaves are very similar to my plant at the moment...I really don't know suppose won't know till harvest time but if you would like to have a look and see what you think any input at all will be greatly appreciated...Apologies for the side way pictures upload photo's from my iphone and windows media won't leave me rotate them..Anyway enjoy the pictures.... :peace:

Well i have found out that it is in fact a chocolope I have growing, really taught that it was the Recon that survived at the start when the roasting disaster happened. Happy days though loving the fact that I now a Chocolope. Confirmed it with DNA genetics sent them pics and they advised that its the choco and its always best to harvest during the 8th week of flowering apparently its when she taste's her best..So as today is day 37 should be hoping to havest in about 20 days..Just fed her there now tonight, one more feed in about 5 days time and then a flush...Wonder how I can change the title of this thread??

Hey today is day 39 of flowering she's really starting to smell fruity now just a dank smell in the closet but really nice

...Can't complain about temps there keeping between 74-77 degrees fareinheit and the humidity is between 40-52% i think the lowest its gotten so far 37%...Night time temps are normally around 68 degrees..Here height has stopped in the last week she's now 22 inches tall..The main kola is really tight and dense a few of the pistols are turning amber and thrichomes are becoming really dominant on all of the bud sites...Some of the leaves are starting to turn yellow have one last feed in 2 days time consisting of 4ml bio bloom/5ml of bio heaven/1 ml of Bio grow all in one litre of distilled water...I leave that settle and then add another 500ml of water mixed with 4ml of top loader (this method was advised on the Bio Bizz nute schedule to get the most out of the nutrients always add top loader seperate)..Then in 5 days time its going to be time to flush..Hoping to be chopping her down on the 26th which will be day 59 DNA genetics recommended to chop during the 8th week this is when chocolope tastes her best....Well here's the pictures hope ye enjoy any comments are always welcome..Thanks for checking out the thread dude.... bongsmilie
