These guys are terrible! Completely unprofessional.
I'm not the only victim here. Countless people have been screwed over by this amateur company.
First off most employees carelessly abuse packages. I deal with a lot of glass an fragile items and this is certainly something in which I would like to avoid. If you are shipping a book then it probably doesn't matter that they throw that shit all around.
They frequently open up and rummage through your packages for whatever reason and sometimes you end up with stuff that isn't yours and a shitty packaged box.
If they damage your package or even LOSE it (steal it) while it is in THEIR possession. Tough shit.
Their policy states that they can not be held responsible and you need to contact your merchant to deal with it.
No refund or nothing. They'll "look" for it but if they don't find it then tough luck. Customer service sucks they act like robots and updates take forever. Longer than their estimated dates. Very unprofessional company.
I ordered $550 worth of glass bongs and once ups grabbed it it was lost. I was robbed and when someone robs you what do you do?
