Do NOT Use UPS!!

These guys are terrible! Completely unprofessional.
I'm not the only victim here. Countless people have been screwed over by this amateur company.
First off most employees carelessly abuse packages. I deal with a lot of glass an fragile items and this is certainly something in which I would like to avoid. If you are shipping a book then it probably doesn't matter that they throw that shit all around.
They frequently open up and rummage through your packages for whatever reason and sometimes you end up with stuff that isn't yours and a shitty packaged box.

If they damage your package or even LOSE it (steal it) while it is in THEIR possession. Tough shit.
Their policy states that they can not be held responsible and you need to contact your merchant to deal with it.

No refund or nothing. They'll "look" for it but if they don't find it then tough luck. Customer service sucks they act like robots and updates take forever. Longer than their estimated dates. Very unprofessional company.

I ordered $550 worth of glass bongs and once ups grabbed it it was lost. I was robbed and when someone robs you what do you do?

Yeah they're pretty awful. They're worse than asian drivers too [which is saying a lot because I AM asian. ], I get cut off by their trucks a lot.
I've actually complained and asked why the shit they deliver to me looks like a dog chewed it up, and they just say "Oh it happens, sometimes it gets left in the rain or something"

The problems with UPS are well documented, didn't you watch the vids from Christmas where UPS, FedEx AND the USPS all just threw packages over a fence and one of them was a flatscreen? Besides UPS is going to a real bugger because they were just fined $40m by the government for drug deliveries.

But the since you ordered bongs, you might think US Customs service. Bongs paraphernalia(imagine that) and as such are illegal. Ask Tommy Chong and quit blaming UPS.

never had any problems with UPS, USPS or FedEx. Contact the seller. UPS hasnt made a multibillion dollar business by stealing people bongs...

I don't like them for other reasons. The nice little fee (sometimes 100% the price of the item being delivered) they add onto the delivery charge for a customs agent that does nothing but rubber stamp boxes is what gets my UPS goat.

And reasons like that are why they got slammed for $40m.

I live in ny water pipes aren't illegal here, and if it was held by customs it would be noted. Chongs bongs got busted because he was targeted and setup by undercovers persuading his business to ship glass to a state where it was illegal... But anyways it just pisses me off. if it was deliveredthen fine but this "multibillion dollar company" can't even ship a box 2'x2' they got paid to do then be like whoops not our prob when they 'misplace' it lol. I should at least get the $200 for shipping back

Ive never had a problem with them i ship stuff and it always promptly delivered

i used to work for ups local sort preload and delivery, in every aspect of the service your things get abused thrown around whatever you think of its been done we have actually opened stuff up before just to try it out repackaged it and shipped it the next day and marked the diad misloaded, if you have seen what iv have you would be surprised that anything ever arrived intact people watch these videos and are so astounded if your package is anything other then placed gently on the ground truth is on local sort we make a game of frisbee-ing the boxes acrossed a tractor trailer top of the stack "harder then it sounds" so it lands perfectly on top of a pile of boxes

that being said believe it or not ups is the way to go ups specializes in ground shipping your stuff will get there one way or another fed-ex is good if your shipping air thats it. as far as ground shipping goes its not part of the fed-ex corporation you actually buy the individual routes and the owner of said routes is responsible for the drivers equipment w/e so in other words ups maybe a bunch of careless assholes but every ups guy will be a carless asshole you kno what your getting

and what was originally said about drivers are dickheads who cut you off we deal with traffic all day long morning 8 oclock rush hour airs and 5 oclock rush hour pickups whats the one thing that would drive you crazy at your job?

thats bullshit anything under 100$ automatically has shipping insurance over 100$ you have to purchase additional insurance

and yes you can ship 2'x2' package i delivered a 6'x4' something mattress not too long ago if its over 70 it has to be shipped freight its considered a e reg

I knew a few people that worked at a UPS transfer facility. They sat in the parking lot and smoked meth on their breaks...

Sucks about the bongs being ripped, instead of you getting to rip on the bongs. Follow that tracking number, push the issue, push the insurance. (You DID insure it, right? I mean... It's pronounced "oops" after all.)

yes the best thing you can do is push the issue the tracking number is just for you ups has its own tracker it tells you where it went when it went there down to the specific belt in the individual sort facility if you push the issue they will get to the bottom of where it went and if someone really did take it which is entirely possible that person will be responsible ups will pay for it and that person will most likely be put on leave and the next time they'll think twice about taking your shit

...when your bongs are robbed, what do you do? you stew and stew and think hmmmm... how will I smoke?, how will I toke?. if I don't choke, I'll go broke because life sucks if I don't sling for the bucks but who gives a fucks put on those chuck's and get to step...step with pep and don't despair just sit in a chair and grab a tin can, mash it a little, poke tiny pin holes in the top, put your pot in that spot and there is your new bong! haha
