Hey..I was thinking....since you're both naked at the same time...does that mean??
Jax is naked too? I thought I was the only one, join the party stoney!
Nah...too much nudity may give the religious a heart attack.Anyway, I'm off to bed.Love ya!
Night stoney!Nitey nite.... I hope you sleep naked at least.
Yah NG naked here. When I was a teenager I had a friend whose parents were very progressive and they didn't make a big deal about nudity. Mrs. Douglass was pretty dam hot! Gave me a different perspective on things for the better.
TY Mrs. Douglass, wherever u r!
out.
i always like to hear space trivia... like some of what Glassfreak was talking about.
i also heard that the Universe is comprised of approximately 10 percent (materials that we are familiar with) and 90 percent Dark Matter. That means there's a whole lotta shite outside of our normal perceptual limitations. I have also heard that at the center of every single galaxy there is a black hole. (or more) And back when i was still in school (say 15 years ago) they had just discovered that the universe is actually expanding at an -increasing- speed (and perhaps -gaining- in matter/energy). which makes you rethink the whole 'big bang' phenomena in that matter would seem to slow down from being propelled outward by an initial blast, and also makes you rethink the prophesied 'collapse' back toward a single point.
.
I was thinking the same thing. It was 'non believers' steadily growing in percentage and then slowly it got closer -- yet no noticeable conversation change or 'pro believers' comments in the thread itself.almost 44% believe?!? wtf... im starting to think some of the bible bangers in here are revoting...
i'll look it up now. but as far as 'boundaries' go... it was my understanding that the radiation emmited by stars/galaxies and such is the same no matter which way you point the device, meaning - we have never discerned any perceivable 'edge'.Ever hear of the Oort cloud? Very mysterious outer boundary of our solar system and prevents most of the galactic light from reaching us. If the oort cloud wasn't there, nightime would still be bright as the center of the galaxy would be exposed 24/7 to us....amazing stuff. Think of how big our plants would be!!
out.
makes me thinkhmm... but i have also heard that the further away you look (toward a far-off galaxy) the further back in time you are actually looking (because it takes the light a specific amount of time to even reach us) ... so conceivably if you looked far enough away... the only thing you would see is the Big Bang itself.

it is tickling to think however that so long as you have ever existed, you will continue to exist forever after, as from some point further out in space ... and further again out in space ... you are always saying or doing exactly what you are saying or doing -right now- (by someone else's perception). IE; our sun's light will always shine forth, even after the sun is long since gone. You would think, for this reason alone, that the universe would be expanding at least at the speed of light. But science and math are not my strong points.
(EDIT) ah, i see what you are saying about that Oort Cloud... hmm, ya it might be diminishing the light that the stars appear to be giving off. Super Bright Stars at night time... that would be some crazy stuff. Having two moons would be pretty cool as well

Carnal is the desires of the mind...what the mind sees is the natural.
Just as those that look upon the book...they have desires to be god.
