I did have a NL in soil to do a side by side...as well as HKxAK in soil and dwc...but all three (NL + 2 hkxak) of those turned out male. Closest I have now is either LRxNL or NLxWW in soil to compare to the NL in dwc. I will however have a bubbleicious in soil as well as dwc to compare against each other. Both of those are currently still in the veg tote. I just have the awing suspicion that the dwc will blow the soil away.

I put it into 12/12 right at 35 days of 20/4 with no flowering showing. Normally my LRs show at 25-30 days religiously...which is odd because she seems to have more LR characters than NL....other than she is going longer than a typical LR. By my calendar, she sprouted on 9-8 (maybe 9-9) which means she should have been ready to chop this weekend if LR auto was dominate for flowering (60-65 days from sprout)....but I think she has about 10 days left. I did get concerned that she was going hermie but closer inspection showed her calyx were just swelling like crazy and it wasn't actually bananas I was seeing.

Ah, That's too bad. You probably mentioned it but I didnt see it. I thought you were using fem seed. Ya, I agree the DWC will blow away the soil in size. I have heard the buds are more dense in a soil grow and thats really what I wanted to see. Get a first hand opinion.

She's been rather busy for last month and a half with finals, holiday break overseas and now a death in the family. I spoke with her last night and she should be back home in a week or two.

I'm back. Had a lot going on last couple of months. Now I have a lot of unpacking and catching up to do. I'll be around more often again.

I didn't even get to see the end of the grow gumball. I ended up doing my finals and then had a family emergency which took a couple of weeks. Then I ended up as a keynote speaker for a conference; in route back home I had another family emergency that pushed me out to another conference I had to attend. I get to see the girls in their cure jars though. I'll take some pictures of that this week as well as the new girls that rommie was kind enough to rotate in.
