i plug all my components(T.v,cable box, dvd player, PS2) into a power strip, then all i would have to do is unplug one chord for the entire tv stand.
My computer is the same way. one chord undoes the PC,monitor,speakers,modem,etc.
I'm gonna do it and see what happens in a month!!!!
