You've fucking rambled on and on about the woman you live with but haven't married, your plants, the bout with gas you had the other day, on and fucking on, to the point where I just put you on ignore. It is nice to see how much better off I am than you but really, what a mundane life you live. Yet the fucking narcissist goes on and on about himself as if I care about the puss-filled boil that formed near you rectum the other day and other hardships you go on and on about.

The EU and WHO don't not hold the same opinion. I wonder how many glyphosate/dicamba free soybeans the US has to be able to export in this new "deal".

Look, I'm happy that your quest to feel better has made significant progress for you, but I would still like to see some supporting opinion for your inference that folic acid is the sole and paramount cause of gluten intolerance.

Folic acid like most other things in life, has both benefits when used w/ discretion and serious side effects when overindulged, much like aspirin, sugar, and alcohol.
Even water has a MSDS toxicity entry for drinking too much.

But to dictate so cavalierly that glyphosate ( lets call it by it's active ingredient and not just Round Up since not all commercial products with glyphosate are called Round Up), a chemical engineered and produced to kill all plant life EXCEPT those specifically trangenically engineered to tolerate it has no possible claim as at least a contributing factor is, at best, a bit short sighted.

Thank you for bringing the gov't blanket inclusion of folic acid into the light as it's something I didn't know about before, but just consider that another gov't approved substance specifically produced to kill life (that most refer to as a poison) used in wheat production (which doesn't deserve to be called farming anymore) might have something to do with it too.

I see you've met logdog (so affectionately named for his avatars choice of dining areas).
Just consider the adage "you are what you eat" when interacting w/ him and you'll find your desire to do so dwindle into nothingness as mine did.

Something is up though. I used to have all the symptoms of "gluten intolerance" such as: bloating, constipation, and stomach ache. Yet when I eat Ezekiel bread which has way more gluten than 100% whole wheat bread or seitan which is 100% gluten, I get no symptoms?

What's up with that?

The only other option I have is that regular whole wheat bread has because of hybridization has lots of amylopectin A. But European wheat has been hybridized too for generations.

Next is the fact lots of breads refine everything. Like oils are super heated and oxidized to get rid of rancid smells. The nutrients then become denatured and completely modified. The point of preservatives is no bacteria or fungus will attack it, but the side effect is that your body's own natural probiotics can't break it up properly either, causing all kinds of problems.

That one has some merit. Ezekiel bread is sprouted, which means the wheat is fresh and not as much as several years old for lots of wheat flours used in normal breads.

The thing is it could be a combination of several of those reasons. While none alone would cause the problem.

I just don't know. The only thing I do know is it's not the gluten, for me at least.

Potassium bromate has been banned from use in food products in the European Union, Argentina, Brazil,[6] Canada, Nigeria, South Korea, Peru and some other countries. It was banned in Sri Lanka in 2001,[7] China in 2005,[citation needed] and India on 20 June 2016.

The FDA does a good job of promoting, "better living through Chemistry."

Corporations appear to be very strong using this diet.
