Here she stands, ready to go into flowering with her sisters. I wish her the best of luck.

She definitely enjoyed the extra wiggle room, because she grew 2.5 inches in 2 days after being transplanted to a 3 gallon pot =0

Wow, she looks great!
Thank you both very much . I can't help but feel overwhelmed by the success I've had despite this being my first go at it. She does make me proud! :-P :weed:

No worries man. I believe I actually have heard of it happening. I would recommend waiting until they both start on their first set of serrated leaves, and then prune the more sickly of the two. If it's indeed just one seed you won't be able to salvage them both unfortunately. If it were two seeds accidentally sown together you might be able to salvage them both by carefully separating them before their roots become too intertwined... but even then something so close together might make even that impossible. Don't sweat it, cannabis is actually quite prone to mutations but almost never suffers for them in the long run.

et merci pour le compliment. ^^b

Hello folks. Day 32, day 3 of flowering.

Just filling in a 5 day gap, I got a couple nice pictures of pre-flowers.

Also, today I re-potted the last 3 AK-48's into 3 gallon pots using a mix of pro-mix, added vermiculite, bone meal, a bit of Indonesian bat guano, and of course the perpetuary dose of super-thrive.

We'll see in the next few days how they take to the transplant during 12/12.

Tomorrow I will be building a small mother cabinet using a modified dresser. I plan on taking a handful of clones before these plants start to flower, I want to grow one into a mother. The clones will use the new mother room for the time being until I can build a separate clone room.

take care,
-monkey :peace:

Very nice growth. I did a micro AK48 and screwed it up pretty bad with tiny plants and few buds. But I wanted to ask about the mystery plants. I also got 10 mystery beans with only the word free marked on them when i ordered ICE from nirvana. Do your plants exhibit any interesting traits or smells? Do the mystery seedlings seem like they would be something good? the seeds i got are huge and dark brown. My ak48 were germinated/grown in 12/12 from seed and let the male go too long. I was able to collect 15 mature seeds from the fastest AK fem crossed with the fastest male.:weed:

Sounds like you'll have some fast growing plants to grow from those beans. That's neat that you also got the 10 free seeds. Well, to sum up my experience with them; 7 out of 10 germinated, and then a month later 2 that didn't germinate came out of the dirt from soil they got mixed into on accident.

So far they have all grown at a similar pace, some of them have shown quite poor genetics in comparison to the AK-48 seedlings, however I did get a few plants that are exhibiting some decent traits. There is one that interests me, it has lighter leaves than the rest of the plants but doesn't respond to additional nitrogen, and has stems that are vibrant purple on top, but it appears that it is a genetic trait and not a sign of stress.

It's a lot bigger now but you get the idea. Also, the plant was a bit thirsty in this picture so it appears a bit droopy.

Cut down two mystery seedlings that showed male preflowers in the last couple days. It was a sad thing, but I only ever partially cared if the mystery seedlings I got with my AK-48's turned out male or female. They provided valuable growing lessons to me before they died. bongsmilie

I'll post some pictures of the girls in a couple hours, after I've moved some things around in the grow room.

In the meantime, here's a picture of a bong I picked up yesterday at a general store. Don't regret a penny bongsmilie.

Here's a little update on how my girls are doing 11 days after being flipped to 12/12. I believe I am beginning to get some results... or not. At any rate comments on that would be appreciated.

Here are some quick pics I got together. It's rather crowded in the closet with 5 mystery plants still waiting for suitable outdoor temperatures. =/

Anyway, peace guys and gals :peace:

Yeah man, holy shit are they big. The biggest one is almost a meter (3 feet) tall. I'm going to have to make some serious height acommodations durring the last bit of flowering. And thank you :-) I'll do my best.

Took a quick snapshot of the girls while they sleep to show you guys the positive response the plants have had to the bending I performed on them almost a week ago. It's also a good picture for seeing all the popping flowers in there ^_^

Anyhoo, just the 5 AK-48's in there now.

Cheers folks. Should be posting some more pictures tomorrow durring their light cycle to show you some better pictures of the flowering tops and whatnot.
