i would use jiffy seed starting mix. i like it some people on here hate it. it does kind of start out slow since there is zero nutes. then transplant to fox farm when there is 4 nodes.

atm i got no more cash to put into it u got any tips using what i have atm not going to have cash to put into for a bit u know having a kid and bills

o btw some1 told me about mixing root boost into my soil for better root growth should i do that or not? he was talking about dif plants not sure about doing it with weed

i havent used root boost before i want to get some and clone some tomato plants. might get it today ill test the root boost mixed in soil and see how it goes. maybe soil from the ground. the seed starting mix isnt that expensive. its about 4 dollars. if you have peat moss, verm, perlite and some dolomite lime you can mix it yourself that pretty much all it is

yes please let the 6on 6off guy know he's a clown shoe. 18/6 or 12/12 for flower.

sounds like you are really new so take it slow and learn what you can, your at the right site. Keep a notebook or calender to keep track of the feedings and waterings. this way you can see how much is too much. goodluck.

ill give it a try when i get paid and am trying out the rootboost and FF i had started a seed 2days b4 for the plants died so i had put in yesterday at 2 pm and so far this is what it looks like View attachment 2265627 and am starting 1 more seed so that i have my 2 plants

ok so they died like a week in so i give up for a bit then i looked up a few things and i tried again and i used some cups to start a new set of 4 and am about 4 days from when the 1st 3 came out of the soil i used a FF and Rootboost mix i got some yeast in a bottle in the grow box to keep to CO2 high and they are looking real good now note today the steams are looking nice and the leaves are a nice dark green i will take a few pics in 3 days hopefully they will grow real nice

ok now the tips of the leaves are getting brown on 2 of them 1 of them looks like it not growing and the leaves are looking died is there anything i should do to help the 2 with brown tips

i forgot to ask how high from the plant should i have the light
