QB 132 12SX11P is the model number

It looks like they go by model numbers so that one is a QB 132. It needs a "driver" to go with it which from what I gathered is the HID equivalent to a ballast. It is the power converter.

Looks like drivers are good for four lights
Thank you
I shall definitely research the QB.
Right now its tech stuff which I know little about. However I am a quick learner.

Wow crazy how different they look pulled out of the tent.
What is your PH and PPM? Are those just growing in hydroton and you water them with nutrient water? Sorry I am pretty new to this too.

Yes, megger crazy. I take them out and do both the housekeeping ( new water, cleaning out tank etc ) and gardening ( removing fan leaves etc ) every Sunday without exception. I also do all the digital reader stuff every second day. ( should be daily with the basic kit that I have ) ... bit lazy after work. :blsmoke:
Clay pebbles and basic hydro 4 pot kit.
PPM is between 1200 and 1400
PH is between 5.6 and 5.8
Current temperature is 26°
EC around 1.1 rarely more than 1.4
I am using Plagron Cocos A and B and vegged 20/4 for 2 months. Then went into flower stage still using Plagron A and B but also adding Plagron PK 13/14 additive. I am now week 2 in flower. All look female. I'm not sure if they are a bit scrawny? I did remove looming shadow makers ( fan leaves ) Earlier. Quite a few flowers appearing.
I thought they were gorilla glue GG but these stems don't have any red in them that I can see.

Nah I think they look ok and your PH PPM ect seem ok.
Try and straighten out that duct and you will get better airflow. Flex duct is good but it really kills airflow with the bends.
Its hard to see with my plants but I topped them once and I keep trying the highest shoots down. They turn down up in a couple of hours.
You can see how they are tied down here better. I think that had the biggest effect on height.

Thanks for the check over and the advise re air flow and keeping duct straight. Makes good sense. Your tie down method is one I should have started a while back. Now I am in a dilemma. Super crop main stems or try tie down?

Your grow looks great! I'm a noob as well so I can't offer much advice, but they're alive and producing so you must have gotten most of it right! I am running my grow with some homemade blurples and while I'm sure that any other light would be better, mine works and is within my price range. The point being that your lights will work for you until you decide to upgrade. I think some forget that this is a hobby for a lot of us, not our day job that requires maximum yields.

Thank you for your true words. Some of us here are hobbyists. I'm on a budget too. What I do like is the challenge, trying my best with what tech I have and further knowledge i have gained from valuable members of rollitup. Then maybe see if I can improve on the yield next time round.

LEDs don't have IR heating the plants, so its better to have higher air temperature, around 27-29C during lights on. Whats your humidity?
It's good to vary the ph, check these charts. https://www.growweedeasy.com/ph

I'm not looking to argue or bash your light, but the truth is, mars aren't so good. They say the mars work in veg, but are weak for flowering. It's really tough for a new guy, it gets technical and there are vastly more junk LED lights than good ones. If you would like some help, just post your tent dimensions. It's all about watts, or more specifically, photons per square foot. BTW, the other lights mentioned, HLG and Timber, are very good.

I hear what you are saying about LED's and photons per square foot. so I'm guessing higher value PPSF or watts per square foot means better. My tent is 1.2m x 1.2m and height 1.6m. The equipment I have is all my budget would allow me. I have done a bit of research recently on LED's and seen some real nice LED's. Cob, Timber and Platinum. And in the future I will def be upgrading. I shall research HLG next.

Whatever you say. I didn’t miss the point , it’s just weird how you’re stuck on someone spending 2 grand for a light which I might add is total bullish#%. Even if that were the case , it’s not your money to be so invested in the next persons set up.

It’s not that serious at all. Lol
No, you did miss the point Lola
And I didn't say 2 grand light, I said 2 grand setup.
Get the smoke out of your eyes, lol

Low tech is using an allis chalmers, a harrow, plow/disc, and spraying with anhydrous ?.... ha ha ha ha. Throw in ammonium glyphosate resistant genes and you got cannabis production Monsanto style...

What farmer leaves a 300' x 300' chunk of plantable land (size of a football field) dormant? Maybe it was on 10 year set aside but if so you wouldn't be planting it.
There are thousands of acres here not planted every year, it's normal.
The tractor was an old International 1468, but the vibra shank was Allis Chalmers, lol
If you had ever worked on a real farm in the 70's, you'd know what I was talking about, so you haven't, and don't.

Well your method sounds like brick weed. Even still you’re missing the point, it’s not your business how much anyone spends on their set -up. Say what you like but you just seem bitter and that weed you grew out in that giant field sound like a lot of hot garbage but ok. You’re just older and set in your ways.

I've lived in the midwest my whole life, since the 70s. Most of my family are farmers. I've worked on many farms at different times. I still do for harvest.

No farmer worth the dirt he's farming leaves 300x300 (like 2+ acres) unplanted for the hell of it.

This week I'm driving from Iowa to ohio, then back across to Nebraska. Let's see how many 2 acre pieces of land that aren't planted excluding pasture, hay, flood plain. Seriously, I'll keep track.

You're talking flat land farmers, it's a whole different game up here. Live and learn, lol

I don't care what someone spends on the set up, my point was as a new grower you don't have to break the bank to grow acceptable product.
My other point was, on this, and other forums there are a huge number of "experts" who will tell every newbie on here that they won't grow shit unless they have this kind of light, or that kind of medium, etc. It's all BS.
"giant field" lol. My lawn is 4 acres and it's not even close to what others have, lol.
I'm actually not set in my ways.

If you don't care , let it go dude.
I don't smoke outdoor weed because it's low quality, I prefer QUALITY over QUANTITY.
No weed grown outside, not looked after and harvested is suitable enough for me.
Aside from what I grow , I'm smoking Berners and the Jungle Boys weed.

What you described sounds like REGGIE! I'm good . Yuck
