Lol ok good didn’t read ahead. And yes the other is a brown. I’ve got a mounted 7lb spec somewhere in storage that came out of the leaf river in Labrador. It was an amazing brook trout trip. Lots of char and one Atlantic.

I dunno, seemed in odd locations. Maybe some kind of floor release/access handle(s)? I think this is one of those built in/on a RV chassis. Maybe some of those RIU MN, WI high rollers can tell us

Anyone have any tips, suggestions for surf fishing near Puerto Vallarta, heading down in February. Never really done much of that so any help would be appreciated.

These 4 reels are pretty much the only things that survived the fire. They are my salmon/striper reels. The poles they were on were toast. 2-x11’s, 2-redlines. Only reason why they even kind of made it was because those rods were leaning up against my carport on the side of the house. Kinda cool i think. They took a little damage but pretty sure they are ok.

I went fishing last Friday and caught 2 nice rainbows which we ate for supper.
It's the first time I've gone fishing since I had the heart attack in January- it felt good getting back to some semblance of normalcy
