I have never experienced a "too high" from edibles. I hope these end up strong enough for me. Ill just eat half the tray if not lmao.
My tolerance is skyhigh. I have to smoke nearly a full G at a time to feel much and have to smoke an 8th to get anywhere near "baked" feeling anymore. I miss the days of feeling like i was melting into the bed or couch.
I really want to start playing with edibles more, theyre great for my neck and hip pains, I just havent had anything strong enough to blow my mind.
this was the first time I used kief to make anything so I just sent it and used it all.
i am the same. even the vape pens with 85%thc or whatever just tease me anymore. i kinda like the randomness of edibles as to when they finally kick in.

Yep, I get carts and wax/shatter for my wife to use. I have asthma too so for me the effects they have are not worth the coughing that always happens so I stick to taking half an hour to smoke a g with my baby puffs.

Gave it 2 hours after eating it on an empty stomach and I'm feeling pretty good but it could be better so I ate another square. Will be feeling really nice here in a bit.

Thanks for all the support everyone. I was way more scared going into.this than I should have been.

You guys with a crazy edible tolerance should try mixing concentrates with MCT oil and throwing it in an eye dropper bottle. I made a batch of shatter once and crammed 2gs into 30ml of MCT oil. Around 60mg THC per mL of MCT oil, its pretty easy get the couch melt after 3-4mLs lol.

Glad your surgery went well, get well soon!

Maybe have to look into that. I think the most fun one I've done over the last few years was that time I put 3g of cleaned off distillate crystals in 60ml of vape juice. Couldnt taste it at all but was quite potent.

Flower system was changed on sunday. Was right around 1250ppm.
Barrel was mixed at the same 1250 and remains at 1250
Barrel is half gone (approx 25 gallon consumption of a 55 gallon system in 5 days)
PPM is now creeping up above 1350. No signs of major plant distress yet, just looks like maybe a little tip burn.

I did not have my mkp yet, so I prepared the system with 2.5ml/gal calimagic, 1g/gal epsom, 4g per gal of mega crop, and 1g/gal GL bud explosion.
Not able to do anything about it yet so will let it go for a few more days before I figure out the best way to get my wife to intervene.

Wasn't awAre you're using MegaCrop and their BudExplosion. Is it decent?

I've used their BE a couple times now and have had a hard time finding a good balance with it. The mkp will give me a better PK ratio so I'm hoping that will make things a bit easier. From my experience with MC+BE, it's kinda difficult to get enough P/K for flower without too much N.
I really like MC in veg so trying to figure out how to make it better for flower.

I went cheap because of cost and budget.
These were $1.50 each. Where as cheap bulkhead fittings are like $4.50-5 each.
I needed 12 for the veg system and 24 for the flower system so that would have added up quick.
If you only need a few, use real bulkheads.
plumbing is a breeze for me I do it all the time for my business next time u need a drain in a bucket try a faucet or tub drain they are flat and you will get it leak proof they come with a rubber gasket and a nut and you can go from 1 1/4 inch pipe to hell 4 inch pipe in 3 reducers if you had to ..plus those drains will sit totally flat on the bottom of a bucket

Those were a go as cheap as possible because I need a lot and have a lot more shit left to buy solution that ended up working surprisingly well.
The next cheapest solution I could find was still $3-4 each. If it ever gets rebuilt, I will likely put the totes on blocks and put big shower drains in the bottoms. Biggest complaint I have of the flower system is that last inch and a half or so of water that I cant pump out of it.

I read that about the budget and wasn't even thinking , for me that would be cheap I am always replacing sinks and tubs for customers so I save alotta that stuff if its still good just a habbit I have, like saving odd plumbing fittens that have been replaced with newer style fittings cause sometimes u get in a jam and they are just what u need to get the job done easier than if you used a new style fitting

yeah with that build was a major change of direction. I was pinching pennies because I had already wasted a couple hundred bucks before I even had my seeds because my original idea was not balanced at all and just didnt work to keep the sites level and had several other fatal flaws I didnt know about because I hadnt found RIU yet.
now one of my favorite things are float valves.
Youll have no problem figuring out a kickass solution for a rdwc build and save a ton of money. Im actually kinda excited to see what you come up with for the stuff weve been talking about.

After a week of being unattended, I was finally able to get down and check on my ladies. Overall I was happy with most of it. My wife zipped up the tent with the bubble box that i had left open on purpose because the fan was off. It was way too hot and humid in there and now that box has root rot. I'm 90% sure it got a dose of southern ag, but i might have forgot got. The plants still look completely healthy and the roots arent bad yet so hopefully I can save them. Dosed it with 2x normal southern ag and will change the water tomorrow if I'm feeling up to it.

Not having time to do that last defoliation before budding really bit me in the ass here. It got kinda jungle like and my rh is fucked. I'm going to have to do some trimming and hope they can deal with it. I've abused the shit out of these and they've loved it so maybe it wont be too bad.
Clones show some minor deficiencies, but looking good overall.
Here's the pics.

Whoa jungle! Lookin good tho dude hope you're healing up good.
Thanks! major improvement over the last 2 days. Off of the narcotics and able to get up and down the steps decently.
If im feeling this good tomorrow afternoon, im going to go sit on the floor in my tent with my support belt on and at least trim up the bottom.
Theyre still growing like crazy so I dont think itll be too hard on them if I get it done soon.

IMO I picked the worst possible time of the whole grow to miss lmao.. But I had been waiting to get that surgery for 8 months. Was scheduled when these were babies and I didnt do the math. If I had thought about it, i probably would have flipped them 2 weeks sooner.
but another lesson learned for sure.

I think if you get in there tomorrow and get some of that bottom larf trimmed up and get a nice lollipopping going on, you'll still increase your yield from some defoliation at this point in flower.
