so you fill the bucket up to the bottom of the net pot, and the roots are totaly submerged in the bubly water?

usualy! the let it drink it all basicaly (down to about 3-4 inches of water left)
its drinking a couple gallons a day!
i gotta re-fill it every other day with 4 gallons (roots take a gallon of space alone) shes a nute-a-holic too!
the BLOOMBASTIC, is doin GREAT on her, lil BULGES of trikes and buds popin out of every where!!

Damn dude, you are going great. Thats one nasty piece of work you've got there. My plants are a week younger than yours but nowhere near as phat. DWC is awesome. 5 weeks ago I thought that getting roots in the water was a bad thing. Now I have a 2 slot DWC crate in the middle of my hydro setup and air stones in every pot. Good luck!

NO GOD D#$% pics still!!
BUT sum bad/weird/good?? news came up.... i was moving the girl out to check her roots and refill and wen i was doing so as the nugs were wobbling and i was sliding the bucket i hear a lil "CRACK" i look down and notice that where i topped her and it sepperates to the 2 main colas, there is a lil 1/2 inch crack RIGHT down the center of the stem!
i hope she will be alright after this, i used a lil paper clip and bent it around it and it holding it together, also put a lil peice of a paper towel around it and sealed it off with a bit of tape to keep out contaminemts.
i just thought it was a bit crazy they basically almost snaped under there OWN WEIGHT!! i thought these stems would hold any weight with there size but they r sum dence nugs!
it didnt seem to phase her much wen it happened, but hopefully my ghetto cruch works out.

I've had branches snap off leaving only a small amount of "bark" on it and they've still grown. On big breaks in late flowering I usually make a collar out of a piece of 20mm ag pipe about 30mm long cut along the side. I just strap it on using tie wire. I feel that wire or string used directly on the branch cuts off the circulation to the area and slows down healing. I've also forgotten about wired branches and lost the wire from the branch growing around it. It's too bad you don't have any pics, she sounds phat.

Lookin great fuzzy! just read through the whole thread and must say i'm very motivated to get a bucket goin myself. Growin' some cinderella 99 x Hash plant right now with the Hempy system right now. Think i'll throw the new mother in a DWC now that i've seen just how sweet it really is. Get that camera fixed!!! +Rep 4 u

so shes at 6 weeks and 2 days now and just a dence as lead!!!
if i HAD to guess i think each of the main top three colas r at least a o EACH!
it remained really green up til i ran out of the bloombastic and started her on the cha ching i got. that shit is a foliage killer! lol. but it has helped harden and bulg these things up! im gunna start a flush here in a week, got FULLY cloudy trikes with a TAD bit of amber.

That looks awesome dude. Your room must stink right now. I've been adding small amounts of Veg nutes to keep my leaves from dying off. I'm guessing you're going to get at least 5-6 oz off that beast. Love your work!
