Did you get packaging with the part number for the 4000k? Do they run at 36v or 38.5v? Were the 4000k supposed to be cxa or cxb?

After looking more closely, the other 4000k is black with double diamond logo but in light silver says B3590N. It's only one that has no B written anywhere on it. He claimed they're all CD bin.

Cree has only in the last week announced Logo changes that will remove the 3d look and the newer gold look logo is now the new logo. All CREE CXB have a B in front of 3590N, thats the thing to look for

@Airwalker16

grouch has a good point, why did you post this before you resolved and verified with cree and jerry ?

bad to be pointing fingers until you know there really is a problem.
read my original post. All I did was ask if anyone had seen them before only becase every thing I've seen is black logo. People are putting words in my mouth.

not putting words in your mouth, your question has a lot of inherent implications. You can see what happened to this thread and how people are jumping to conclusions. Please resolve with the seller before implying anything.

Did you test the voltage to see if its a cxb? You dont really need to wait to find out what he says, you can find out for sure.

Just keep trying to start shit man. Whole Lotta good that'll do.
He's got a point. It's just basic Internet etiquette: give the vendor a chance to respond before giving him the backhand in social media. You knew before you ordered he was going on holiday. And the fact that Jerry is getting legit Cree COBs from an apparent back channel source has been beaten to death. Read more. Post less.

Jerry has filled umpteen orders without complaint. As has Cutter. It takes a long time to build a rep and an instant to kill it.

Literally all I asked was if others had seen them. Not once did I imply counterfeit or the like.

The ultimate question is this :

The future research & development regarding the evolution of solid state lighting
are going to be funded & done by CREE or by Jerry ?

In other words ...
Which one is going to invest -part of - my (and everybodys ) money ,
so that I (and everybody else ) can have & enjoy better COBs (and their results ) in the future ?

Answer this simple question and you'll figure out ,more or less ,about my " inquiry " ..

Cheers.
This makes absolutely no sense. None.
