Yeah ill never let greenhouse in my garden. I've read enough bad reviews to know beter by now.

And while fems are potentially unstable, saying all fems have a good chance of herming is not true. Ppl growing ghsc just think that cuz ghsc sucks.

There are plenty of good fems on the market, and I only buy reg seeds, but that's because you never know when your gonna find that super amazing pheno you want to keep around forever or breed with.

Totally agree that not all fems have issues. Ive only ever grown from fems and this is the 1st hermies ive had out of a pack.

Also it wasnt the climate they caused them to hermie as ALL my other plants turned out fine.. no hermies, ONLY the GHS Bubbas had that problem and I had better germination rates with the other breeders seeds.

I had also read all the bad reiews of GHS, but I had read an equal amount of good ones too thats why I decided to give them a chance before judging them. I'm not saying all GHS seeds are bad, but there seems to be some problems with them that they dont seem to be addressing.

Very rare to have a hermie here and I do quite a few fems anymore,,

And then I remember my last real outbreak----------GHSC Trainwreck!! hahahahahahaha

more proof. Like someone said earlier it's a seed buying ( novice ) phase.

shanti is worth the money imho --so is swerve but anyone have a big yielder out of a cali connection seed??

ive never grown the bubba but had did try one of their strains in the past and got less than favorable results however it was one of my 1st growing attempts so i can't speak on it too much.

im giving their kings kush a try anyday now (waiting for the seed to pop) :)

Done with Green house seed 3 out of 3 strains hermie on me. Kings Kush 6 months ago Bubba Kush 2 months ago and now there Super Lemon Haze started showing nuts today 4 weeks into flowering.
I run 6 strains at a time for over 2 years now. No hermies till i started playing with greenhouse seed what complete fing crap. Why are they still in business?!
I like to grow my plant 5-6' before flower so complete waste of time and nutes. Never gonna be touching this seed co. again.

I ran a GHS Bubba Kush freebie outdoors this season. It yielded alright, no hermies, and is decent smoke. The only problems I had with it were a small powdery mildew issue, and bud rot from all the rain. I'd grow it again. I've had good luck with GHS, while I don't agree with what Arjan does, I haven't had any hermies in 27 seeds from them. WW, WR, HG, BK,KT,LS,Church. Not always the most potent and I' stay away from the color coded mixpacks

dude u must be a doing something wrong ive been growing now for a year and a half and am a novice grower at best and im still able to pull a zip and a half if not two form my ghs bubba in my opinion its the best strain a new grower can get being that u can virtually nute the piss out of them without any burn or adverse affect, there church on the other hand i would never go over half strength but it yeilds the most out of any strain i have ever had with an extended veg time say 4 weeks i pull about 2 and a half zips per no training needed, o and to get the one and a half out of the bubba i can damn near throw them in as soon as they root

I wish I had read this thread before wasting six weeks on Greenhouse Seed's Bubba Kush. 5 of 6 were hermaphrodites. I went from being a Greenhouse fanboy to a Greenhouse hater. I've spent a lot of money on their seeds over the years and I feel really burned. Their name is officially mud in my book.

Read around the web mate, its not the growers fault it is the seeds that are causing the problem, I ran mine side by side other strains, none of them hermied only the GHS ones and it wasnt my first grow at all.

ive also had bad hermie probs with og 18 but the smoke is so good i cant get rid of it so i just pic the balls off n rarely get seeds but id like to get a more stable cut.with the greenhouse buuba never had hermies but got straight males from fem seed.but once i got a good female its been stable n super dank.

I grew ghs bubba kush 2x 2x hermies 1 time seeded and fucked up my whole grow.I had great luck with dinafem no herms good solid smoke and shanti and dinafem publicly admitted some of their strains are mr.nice strains femd and renamed.Check their sites and see how many strains are the same.If you want some power pyramid seeds osiris i grew was noticable stronger than any white russian i have smoked.They have some killer strains and havent seen 1 report of herms.Osiris was stronger and more yeild than dna og kush and the highs where similar to me,may be different for somone else.

if i remember right, Apothecary gifted a couple cuts to GHSC, including Kaia kush,

however their Bubba Kush was not one of those cuts as Franco claims its a "Bubblegum x Kush" cross in the video.

and the true bubba is i believe "OGkush x West Coast Dog / Old World Kush"

3 finished but were terrible (less than 1oz between them).

Now usually I'd say it must just be me and my shit growing. But I also grew it alongside (some of the bubbas even shared a res with other strains and the other strains did great) other strains and none of the other strains turned out even half as bad. I had no other hermies in a total of 30 plants only the bubbas. So for the fact the other 20 seeds from other breeders were ok and yeilded better and no hermies, I have to say it looks like the Bubba from Greenhouse is as dodgy as everyone says, looks like the hermie hasnt been bred out of their bubba. They arent even cheap either, very dissappointed with them, I think it has honestly put me off buying greenhouse seeds ever again tbh. I never believed all the shit people said about greenhouse until I grew them for myself and it seems that at least some of the shit is true (hermie genetics etc) :finger:

On a plus next generation-afghani kush turned out great, nice yeild, nice smoke, I was happy with that.

I HAD A VERY SIMILAR PROB!!! i had super lemon haze and Bubba kush from GHS they both turned out terrible while my nirvana white castle was amazing. i did everything i could to prevent mold in the bubba and it was full of it. not only that it had ZERO taste and the high was awful, same exact thing with the SLH.
GHS BUBBA is junk. GHS Super lemon haze is junk.


GHS BUBBA KUSH ISNT EVEN THE REAL BUBBA KUSH ANYWAYS. thats why the grower community has to say " PRE-98" bubba kush. its because they are two different strains completely. pre=98 bubba is similar to La Con, Hash plant, or any other nearly pure indica that has very high quality smoke. its nothing like GHS bubba kush, i know quite a few people who hate the GHS bubba.

I would quit growing before I decided to purchase Bubba Kush from a company like Greenhouse seeds....
