Has anyone seen a freakish seedling like this?

I just popped some mystery seeds i had laying around for years and 2 Ethos Vinyard seeds at the same time and theyre now seedlings.
They all popped quickly, Ethos being the best of the bunch.
Although i have this one freak mystery seedling, has anyone seen this happen before?
Maybe its indicative of a strain someone knows aboout? ‍

Kind of odd but not freakish. I bet these seedlings given time will grow out of this awkward phase.

I had 2 do that and they just stalled out and stopped growing. Not sure what caused it.

They were both same strain, then a third plant of the same seed pac had the twisting and mutated growth only on about a quarter of the plant.

Ended up cutting off the mutated growth and the rest of the plant grew out fine.

FFOF is to hot for seedlings. What we're seeing in these pictures is possibly angry seedlings emerging. Their roots are really sensitive. You may have "stunted" these seedlings and will have a slow start with veg but with patience and care should/could bounce back.
Try Fox Farm Happy Frog + Added Pertile (Faster Dry Backs) for seedlings and newly rooted clones. I personally use Baby Rootz by Soil King. It's the best for seedlings and clones i've found.
