Hash going bad

I am a hash user from Pakistan.
Been a user since 3 years and had a pleasant experience always.
but recently my hash gets a weird taste and gets very harsh.
Its stored in a cool dry place and in a glass jar.
The taste is almost like gasoline or metal like.
Can someone help? Its afghani hash.

Gasoline or metal that's very strange to hear. make sure to handle your stuff with clean hands I guess

I don’t like storing hash in a glass jar. It was usually wrapped tightly in foil so it doesn’t get funky from trapped moisture- it is dense so it retains moisture inside- especially if it is a big chunk.
